中文摘要:伴随着国内旅游的迅速发展,经济型酒店这种适应大众旅游者和一般商务人士住宿需求的酒店业态在国内兴起,并在经历了一段时期的快速发展后,选择合适的增长战略,以增强竞争力、保持持续的发展成为摆在国内经济型酒店经营者面前的一个具有现实意义的问题。 本文分析了纵向一体化和横向一体化两种战略的内在经济学基础,基于对经济型酒店价值链的分析,研究了我国经济型酒店核心竞争力的构建和一体化模式选择之间的关系,指出横向一体化是适合目前竞争环境的发展模式。本文结合当前国内的经济发展水平,对中国经济型酒店的内涵进行了界定,并从经济学角度出发,在分析经济型酒店的价值链以及核心竞争力构建的基础上,对一体化战略进行论证是本文的创新之处,也弥补了国内经济型酒店一体化战略问题研究上的不足。 本文总结了国内经济型酒店的发展现状,对纵向一体化和横向一体化两种一体化战略模式进行了详细的介绍。对纵向一体化的动因分析中,论述了资产专用性、技术效率、代理效率与纵向一体化的联系。之后又从规模经济、范围经济、速度经济以及共生经济角度论证了横向一体化的动因。 接下来通过分析经济型酒店的价值链,得出对我国经济型酒店核心竞争力的形成有重要意义的几点关键成功因素,即适应国内旅游大发展的形式,专业化规模经营是成功的根本,成本控制、区位、配套能力、品牌与网络是成功的关键因素。纵向一体化会造成巨额的进入成本、资源的分散、众多的竞争对手等问题,不利于核心竞争力的形成。横向一体化可使企业专注于核心环节,提高资源的利用率,在经营管理过程中形成规模经济效应、范围经济效应可以极大的降低生产成本,取得竞争的优势;随着市场完善程度的提高,横向一体化更有利于快速响应变化的市场需求,成为我国经济型酒店围绕关键成功因素打造持久的核心竞争力的适当选择。 本文最后指出我国经济型酒店横向一体化发展的几种途径,着重论述了兼并收购、特许经营和品牌网络延伸的连锁扩张模式。  
英文摘要:Along with the rising of domestic tourism, economy hotels are flourishing in China homeland. After fast development, mapping out the correct integrative strategy to enhance further development has already become urgency. This article analyzes two kinds of economic foundations through the study on integrative strategy of economy hotel market. Based on the concept and characteristics of China’s economy hotel under present economy development condition, this article analyzes strategy-choosing problem of this industry in China combining with the value chain theory and core competency theory from economic triangle which also is an innovation, points out that horizontal integration is the suitable strategy. The research of this article has remedied the domestic deficiency on the integrative strategic problem of domestic economy hotel industry. This article gives a detailed analysis to the current status and growth trend of domestic economy hotels, introducing the inner intentions relating to the two integration strategies. Vertical integration is related to asset specificity, technical efficiency and agency cost, while horizontal integration has something with economy of scale, economy of scope and velocity economy etc. Based on the value chain theory, this article indicates that economy hotels should found on large scale along with specialization, and low cost, location, selling by network,function layout are key elements to successful operation. Vertical integration could lead to larger entry cost, low resource arrangement efficiency. While horizontal integration helps to extent selling network and pay attention to key points,cost reduction goes hand in hand with it because of economy of large scale and large scope. Along with the market completing, horizontal integration contributes to build long-lasting core competency and becomes the more suitable development strategy. The article clarifies path of horizontal integration, and states the chain expansion in detail.
