中文摘要:在经济全球化和客户需求多样化的市场竞争环境下,企业为获取竞争优势并增强竞争能力,迫切需要对其供应链上的业务流程进行再造。因此,供应链管理模式下的过程优化设计和流程重组已成为企业成功的关键因素,也成为学术和企业界共同关注的焦点。 目前可用于业务流程重组的方法很多,但供应链过程建模及优化设计领域的实用开发工具和方法论成果目前还很欠缺。近年来新兴的供应链过程语义建模方法为我们开辟了一条新的途径,这种方法将组织过程与语义对应起来,用一种自然的方法来描述组织过程的分层的和嵌套。本文就是基于这种语义建模的思想,以开发供应链过程元素词典的方式达到对供应链的流程进行优化设计的目的。文中所提出的元素词典用于收录供应链流程和企业案例,并定义了流程的属性、相关性种类、重写规则等内容。论文创新性地在元素词典中应用了层级的分类方法,不仅有利使用者理解供应链的模块和运行活动之间的相互关系,同时也为企业提供了一种供应链描述、设计和流程再造的工具。该元素词典能够积累组织的流程知识并提供决策支持,是供应链流程再造知识库的重要组成部分。 论文首先对业务流程重组和语义建模方法等理论进行回顾。之后,本文分析了国外几种有代表性的过程分类方法,在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,论文对组织过程进行了系统有效的分类,并完成了对供应链的分解与合成。进而,提出供应链过程元素词典的结构框架,并尝试性地建立了制造行业的过程元素词典。最后,论文提出了本研究的局限性和未来研究的建议。  
英文摘要:Under the pressure of economic globalization and diversified customer demand, inter-enterprise business processes also need to be reengineered in such a competitive market environment. Supply chain process design, optimization and reorganization has become a key factor to the success of enterprises. Academic and business circles both pay great attention to supply chain process reengineering. Although many methods can be used to business process reengieering, the supply chain process modeling and the optimized design domain is badly short of practical development tools and methodology at present. However, the emerging grammatical process approach has explored a new path for us, which applys grammar to organizational processes. This dissertation will base on this grammatical approach and accomplish process design and optimization of supply chains by developing a supply chain process lexicon. The very core content of the grammatical approach is the process lexicon, which includes a lot of supply chain processes, as well as process dependencies categories, rewriting rules and cases. The process lexicon is also an essential part of the repository in decision support system for process reengineering. In this thesis, we first review related theory on supply chain process reengineering by using the grammatical process modeling. Secondly, in order to accomplishing decomposition and generalization of supply chains, we investigate several kinds of classifications to the organization process. The author proposes a two-dimensional classification to organization processes based on excellent research results. Next, the author has designed the structure for the supply chain process lexicon on the basis of process classification, and also has tentatively established a process lexicon on manufacture industry. In the end, the author makes conclusion and puts forward research limitation and further work.
