| 中文摘要: | 近年来,随着社会对环境资源的日益关注,人们越来越重视对废旧产品和包装物材料的再利用。许多国家通过立法,规定生产者对自己产品的整个生命周期负责,包括产品和包装物废旧后的回收处理。如今在我国,也把发展循环经济作为实现可持续发展战略的重要途径和实现形式,诸如汽车、电子等行业的制造商将很快面临如何对逆向物流进行管理的问题,风电行业也面临同样的问题。但是,由于目前我国企业还较少关注到这一领域,逆向物流的开发利用存在着巨大的空间。同时,相对于正向物流来说,逆向物流的研究也尚处于起步阶段,特别是站在企业角度,探讨逆向物流管理方面的系统研究还较少,逆向物流管理层面临的许多问题远未得到充分的考虑和解决。 有鉴于此,本文从风电企业角度出发,结合风电行业的特点,对其逆向物流包装材料的回收处理过程中存在的问题进行了较为系统的讨论,并提出了相关的改进措施。本文在完成介绍逆向物流基本理论研究后,首先,对风电行业的行业特点进行了分析,指出其逆向物流存在的问题,并针对其存在的问题提出相关建议。在流程再造过程中引进第三方逆向物流,与之相匹配的信息系统的更新,以及对逆向物流的相关控制;其次,导入风电A企业的案例,剖析了风电A企业现行的物流流程对其实施逆向物流的影响,对风电A企业的物流流程进行再造,使之与现行的逆向物流流程相适应;并对风电A企业的物流信息系统进行设计,构成与现行逆向物流流程相适应的信息管理模块;最后,针对提出的相应措施进行了经济效益和社会效益分析。 本文通过对逆向物流的概念发展进行比较;逆向物流特点和分类;逆向物流存在价值以及挖掘策略的研究,结合风电行业的行业特点,对其包装物回收选择相应的逆向物流方式——第三方逆向物流,提供给读者一个风电企业逆向物流的框架。有利于风电企业主动把握实施逆向物流,达到降低逆向物流实施的风险,节约企业成本,提高服务质量;有利于风电企业准确把握行业特征,培育企业核心竞争力。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent age of growing environmental concern and increasing interest in re-use of products and packing materials, many countries have enforced environmental legislation charging producers with responsibility for the whole life cycle of their products, including callback and disposing of discarded product. At present, China also places the development of recycling economy as an important way to achieve the sustainable development strategy. Many manufacturers such as in automobiles and electronics industry will soon face to the problems about management of reverse logistics. So does the wind power company. Since China's enterprises pay less attention to this area at the moment, development and utilization of reverse logistics has an enormous space. Meanwhile, comparing with forward logistics, research on reverse logistics is still at its initial stage, especially standing on the manufacturer's point of view. Discussions about management and solutions of reverse logistics are not sufficient, and many problems on the management level of reverse logistics are far from being fully considered and resolved. Base on the condition above, this thesis systemically analyses the problems of recycling packing material and gives some advice on the point of Wind Power Com, Ltd. After expatiating the basic knowledge of reverse logistics, firstly it analyses the characteristic of the Wind Power, points out the problems of carrying out reverse logistics and table a proposal for the concerning problems. Under the BPR process, it introduces the Third-Party Reverse Logistics and the IT system updated in order to make the reverse logistic process under control. Secondly, it refers to case study of Wind Power A company, discussing its current logistic process and the effect for carrying out reverse logistics. Make the BPR for company A in order to adapt to the new process. Revise the IT system and IT system model. Thirdly, analysis the economic benefit of carrying reverse logistic into execution is tremendous. This thesis is that the author describes the concept, classification, trait and value of reverse logistics combining the recycle the packing material of Wind Power, which can provide the typical model for the practical construction of third-party reverse logistics. These are goods for Wind Power Company well controls reverse logistics; decreases the risk of taking over reverse logistics; saves cost; enhance the level of service; updates the IT systems; make the company efficiency and cultivate the core competitive capability. | |
