| 中文摘要: | 我国工程咨询业是投资体制改革的产物,随着近期我国投资体制改革政策以及相关配套方法的颁布实施,以及加入WTO我国工程咨询业对外开放所面临的市场冲击,必将对工程咨询业的服务内容、业务范围、承揽业务的途径和方式、行业管理改革以及工程咨询机构的改制和重组等各个方面产生重大影响。在今后几年内,整个行业的政策法规环境、市场竞争态势和总体格局、业务范围等将会有较大变革。因此,以市场需求和竞争态势的分析为基础,对工程咨询业的经营模式进行创新研究是很有必要的。 本文的研究以经营模式理论、产业价值链理论为主要理论基础,以我国工程咨询业现状及存在问题为研究的现实基础,采用定性与定量分析预测相结合以及案例分析的方法,首先对我国工程咨询市场总体容量及各业务版块市场容量进行分析,然后通过对工程咨询产业价值链的剖析并提出重构方案来研究市场竞争态势的变化,最后以市场需求和竞争态势的变化为基础,从客户选择、价值获取、经营战略、经营范围四个方面对工程咨询业经营模式的创新与转型进行研究,并以天津某工程咨询公司为例,验证理论分析的合理性。 本文对工程咨询业经营模式创新及产业价值链重构的系统分析、研究和探索,旨在在理论上,填补工程咨询产业价值链、价值链管理以及价值链的分解与整合方面理论研究的空白;在实践上,为国家宏观政策的制定和工程咨询产业价值链参与各方提出改革和发展的建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In China, the industry of engineering consultation is the result of reform of investment system. The exaction of policy and supporting methods about reform of investment system as well as the market challenge faced by the industry of engineering consultation because of entering WTO will exert great influence on services, business scope, the way to take in business, management reform, the change and reshuffle of engineering consultation institution and so on. In the next few years, the policy and rules of the whole industry, the state and overall pattern of marketing campaign and business scope will change a lot. So it’s necessary to research the innovation of operating mode of engineering consultation industry. The thesis is based on theories of operating mode and industrial value chains. Found on the actual state and existing problems of engineering consultation, this paper will firstly analyze the total marketing capacity of engineering consultation and marketing capacity of each business, then discuss the industrial value chains of engineering consultation and propound the plan of reshuffle to analyze the changes of trend of marketing campaign, and finally explore the innovation of operating mode of engineering consultation from four aspects which are selection of customers, value acquisition, management strategy and business scope by the methods of case analysis and quantitative and qualitative analysis. The paper will take an engineering consultancy for example to support the theories. The purpose of this paper is to fill the gaps in the theoretical researches of industrial value chains, management of value chains, the breakdown and integration of value chains of engineering consultation and make some suggestions on the formulating of macro-policies and the parties to value chains of engineering consultation in practice. | |
