| 中文摘要: | 一个“以专利技术为基础”的知识经济时代正在来临。全球经济的一体化和信息技术的广泛应用,再加剧企业间竞争的同时,更推动了企业竞争策略的改变。面对知识经济时代的严峻竞争,我国大型工程机械制造业必须创新发展的思路,基于这样一种要求,企业的核心竞争力研究,作为一种新的创建竞争优势的思考模式,成为近年来国内外战略管理研究的热点。通过本论文的分析,分析企业重点系列产品中的核心技术研发作为研究对象,使其符合现在和将来相关技术的发展趋势;利用现代化专利检索分析手段,从对市场、对世界同行业相关技术现状和发展趋势及相关专利技术方面进行的分析中,研究行业的主要竞争对手所发展的重点,相比相关领域仍存在技术实力与知识产权保护方面的不足,并得出进一步可采取的对策和手段;同时确定企业重点研发方向和专利工作战略。 利用企业专利战略,围绕专利技术达到促使企业生存、发展并取得有利竞争地位的总体谋划,包括技术的研发决策、专利技术开发、专利情报和市场情报的分析与利用、专利实施、对其他企业竞争专利采取专利诉讼等对策,建立企业核心竞争力。 本文以四家工程机械在核心产品上的专利比较研究为基础,提出以提升企业的核心竞争力的专利战略为目的。理论基础是企业知识产权战略管理,基于这一考虑,最主要是基于目前企业面临的激烈的甚至是恶劣的竞争环境,其不仅要关注外部市场的变化,目光更要关注自身独特的资源,造就自身特有的、不可复制的能力。本文首先对专利战略理论研究进行了回顾总结,为后面的研究构建了基本的理论框架。然后选取四家公司为研究对象,比较目标企业智能集群工程机械的专利现状,从“现有专利技术”与“核心竞争力”的整合出发,对我国工程机械的核心竞争力状况进行了对比分析。最后,对企业如何建立与提升技术核心竞争力提出了建议,并指出在具体操作过程中应注意的问题。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The knowledge economy era of "patent technology-oriented" is coming. Global economic integration and the extensive application of information technology are being used, not only intensified the competition among enterprises, but also promoted changes in competitive strategy of enterprises,China's large-scale construction machinery manufacturing industry need create the innovative development ideas. Based on such a requirement of the research on the core competitiveness of enterprises,strategic management at home and abroad to become the research hotspot, as a new mode of thought to create a competitive advantage in recent years. Through the analysis of this paper,we analyze the key product in the company's core technology, the object of paper is that we can find the tendency of new technology. Then we use the modern method to analyze patent. We research the technological development from the market in the world and development trend of related technologies and related proprietary technology, we study the tendency of focus production in the main rivals, There are still technical related fields, which need be compared to the strength and deficiencies in IPR protection among competitors, And we should draw the further responses which could be taken and actualized; At the same time ,we determine to develop and research on both the research direction and the focus of R &D; draw the strategies for patent work. The usage of enterprise patent strategy around the patented technology can promote business survival-space, we should have a layout of overall plan to build the development and competition in a favorable position, it include technology research and development decision in R&D, proprietary technology development, patent information and market intelligence analysis ,use patent to forbid compete patents, and other measures as using patent litigation, we can establish the enterprise's core competitiveness by those ways. In this paper, we sort four of construction machinery in the core competitiveness of products as object to study, in order to build the aim of enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises for the purpose of the strategy and tactics. We use the theory which is based on the Patent Strategic Enterprise Management. For this consideration, which is mainly based on the current enterprises, which are being faced fierce competition and even harsh environments, they not only pay attention to the external market changes, but also to look inward, intense own unique resources to create their own unique. In this paper, the core competitiveness of theoretical research and theoretical study was carried out patent strategy review and sum up The paper will build a basic theoretical framework for subsequent research. And then we select the four companies as the research object, from the "existing patented technology" and "core competencies" of the integration starting on China's construction machinery, in the state of the core competitiveness of the comparative analysis.
