中文摘要:我国的饭店职业经理人作为一项职业,是与我国社会主义市场经济改革相伴而生的。经过短短二十几年的发展,我国饭店职业经理人市场的发育还远未成熟,饭店管理者在管理过程中也还存在很多无效的管理行为。但当前饭店业的经营环境却发生了剧烈的变化,国内饭店业正面临着前所未有的竞争环境。这种情况的出现,迫切要求我国的饭店管理者们能迅速成长为成熟的饭店职业经理人,以应对这些复杂的变化。所幸我国有关政府部门也已经认识到了培育饭店职业经理人队伍的重要性,在政策、制度等方面予以支持。因此,建立饭店职业经理人机制既有必要性,又具备了可行性。 出于以上原因,本文综合运用文献综述法、比较研究法等研究方法,建立了一个系统的饭店职业经理人成长与管理机制,力求对我国饭店职业经理人队伍的成长与壮大提供一定的指导和建议。本文的研究逻辑是: 第一部分是引言部分,首先提出问题,即建立饭店职业经理人机制的必要性。其次,论述建立这一机制的理论基础,指出了对这一问题的研究现状,说明了建立这一机制的可行性。最后,陈述了本文的研究意义、研究创新尝试、研究方法、研究内容和框架等问题。 第二部分为分析问题部分,阐述了饭店职业经理人的内涵、特征、分类以及饭店职业经理人成长与管理机制的内涵,简要分析了这一机制的进入、成长、成熟三个阶段和保障体系之间的逻辑关系,指出了这一机制动静结合的显著特征。 第三部分是本文的主体部分,包括第三、四、五、六章,是解决问题的部分。这一部分详细论述了饭店职业经理人的进入、成长、成熟三个阶段和一个保障体系,系统分析了各个构成要素的主要内容以及各个阶段的逻辑关系,完成了饭店职业经理人成长与管理机制的构建。  
英文摘要:In China, hotel professional manager as an occupation comes into being with the socialistic market economy. Nowadays the market of our hotel professional managers has not been mature. And many of their management activities are invalid. However, the current management environment of the hotel industry has changed violently. The local hotel industry is being confronted with unprecedented competition environment. So the Chinese hotel professional managers need grow up quickly to deal with these changes. Fortunately, our government has recognized the importance of developing the team of hotel professional managers. And they have set down a lot of policies, rules and systems. So it is necessary and feasible to establish a mechanism of hotel professional manager. Therefore, this thesis establishes a systematic mechanism of hotel professional manager. I try my best to offer some instructions and suggestions to the growth of the hotel professional managers. The logic of this thesis is as follows: The necessity and the basic theory of establishing a mechanism of hotel professional managers will be introduced in the first part----the introduction part. In the second part, the connotation, the characteristics and the types of hotel professional managers is researched in detailed. And the connotation and logicality of the hotel professional manager mechanism will also be introduced in this part. This mechanism includes following factors of selecting, training, motivating, supervising and ensuring. And it is divided into three stages of entering, growing and maturating, and an ensuring system. These three stages and the ensuring system interact with each other. The third part which includes the third chapter, the fourth chapter, the fifth chapter and the sixth chapter, is the main body of the thesis. In this part the mechanism of hotel professional managers is established. The elements of the mechanism are analyzed systematically and step by step.
