| 中文摘要: | 在经济全球化和客户需求多样化的市场竞争环境下,供应链过程优化设计和业务流程重组(BPR)已成为企业成功的关键因素。供应链管理模式下的业务流程再造就是以供应链管理思想为指导,对供应链中的业务流程进行分解、整合以及重新设计的过程。为了更好地实施供应链管理,研究供应链建模技术,建立相应的供应链运行管理模型来支持供应链管理中各项分析和决策活动是十分必要的。基于语义过程的供应链流程再造方法正是希望以供应链流程运作参考(SCOR)模型和MIT协调中心的《过程手册(Process Handbook)》思想为蓝本,结合供应链的流程特点,构建供应链过程设计与优化建模方法的理论框架和概念模型,并最终形成一个基于知识库、优化模型库和过程元素词典的供应链过程优化设计决策支持系统,为企业实施供应链管理,实现持久的竞争提供一种实用的模型化方法和实施工具。 本文在供应链过程语义描述方法和元素词典建立的基础上,进一步研究了知识分类、知识表示和知识库等相关理论,提出了供应链流程设计与优化重组的知识库系统的逻辑结构,该框架模型包括知识库系统的总体结构,以及其中的案例库和词汇库的逻辑结构。之后,本文对如何利用知识库系统进行供应链流程的优化重组进行了探索性研究,主要是在数据仓库多维数据模型的基础上,运用联机分析处理(OLAP)和基于案例的推理(CBR)两种方法为最终用户提供了对流程的多角度观察及流程差异分析的功能。最后本文提出了利用语义建模方法和知识库进行供应链流程的优化重组的一些研究建议,以期能为未来的研究所借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Under the environment of market competition with economic globalization and customer's diversified demand, process optimization design of the Supply Chain and BPR have already become the key factors of the enterprises’ success. BPR of Supply Chain is the process including process decomposing, integrating and redesigning with the direction of Supply Chain Management. In order to bring the SCM into effect and investigate the Supply Chain modeling technology, it’s necessary to set up the relevant models of SCM to support the analyses and decisions. The Grammatical approach to redesign the Supply Chain Processes is based on the Supply Chain Operation Referrence (SCOR) model and Process Handbook of MIT Coordination Center and combined with the characters of Supply Chain Processes to construst the theoretical framework and conceptual framework of the Supply Chain Process Design and Optimization. This approach hopes to form a Decision Support System (DSS) based on Knowledge Base (KB), Modeling Base (MB) and Lexicon to provide a useful method and tool for having permanent competition in the enterprises. After researching the grammatical approach and establishing the lexicon, this thesis studies the theory about the knowledge classification, knowledge expression and KB, and puts forward the logical structure of the Knowledge Base System (KBS) for Supply Chain Designing and Reengineering. In this framework, there are the whole strusture of the KBS and the logical structure of the Case Base and Lexicon Base.Then, this thesis trys doing some research on how to use the KBS to redesigne the Supply Chain, and this research mainly uses OLAP(On-Line Analytical Processing) and CBR(Cased-based Reasoning) methods for the end users to provide the functions of observing the processes from different views and differential analyses of Supply Chain processes. Finally, this thesis gives some advises for doing research on Process Redesigning of Supply Chain using grammatical approach and KB in the future. | |
