中文摘要：	竞争情报系统是近几年情报学界的重要研究领域之一。随着竞争情报研究的深入以及企业信息化的发展，竞争情报系统的理论研究也逐渐深入；另外，企业界对信息系统的需求也不仅仅局限于企业资源计划系统（ERP系统），他们对竞争情报系统给予极大关注，要求自身信息系统也应该具有竞争情报系统的功能。由于企业竞争情报系统自身理论研究与企业的实际需求，我们有必要开展企业竞争情报系统实践研究。 文章首先阐述了企业竞争情报系统的兴起以及作用，并论述企业竞争情报系统的定义和特点，同时介绍内容管理产生的背景、定义及其类型、内容管理的总体流程与应用体系结构和内容管理的功能。 其次，探讨内容管理在企业竞争情报系统中应用。论述内容管理在提高企业竞争情报系统功能方面上的作用，同时分别从企业竞争情报系统的三大子系统中角度，对内容管理技术在企业竞争情报系统中应用进行可行性分析。 再次，文章分析工作流在竞争情报循环中的应用。在这一章节中，首先介绍工作流基本概念和工作流管理系统。接着介绍竞争情报循环的基本原理。最后阐述工作流技术在竞争情报循环中应用，论述竞争情报循环的工作流分析与竞争情报循环中的流程整合。 最后，文章探讨企业信息门户在竞争情报服务子系统中的应用。首先分析竞争情报服务子系统的传递功能和评估功能，接着介绍企业信息门户的概念及其发展阶段，最后论述企业竞争情报门户及其作用。
英文摘要：	Competitive intelligence system (CIS) is an important subject in the field of information science in the last few years． Based on the development of enterprise informationization、competitive intelligence、enterprise information integration，the scholars also study the theories of the CIS thoroughly; Moreover, the enterprise field pays attention to the research very much, they not only limit the enterprise resource plan system (the ERP system), but also rises gradually to the CIS in order to resolve the need of their own． The theory research of CIS and the enterprise requirement force us to study the practice architecture of CIS． According to these two factors, we attach importance to the research of theory and practice about CIS． Firstly, the article elaborates the emergence cause, definition, feature of Enterprise competitive intelligence etc． At the same time, the article elaborate the background, definition, type, function, entire workflow and application frame of content management． Secondly, the article elaborate the content management theory’s application in the CIS, and propose that content management can improve CIS effectively． At the same time,in the prospective of three sub-system of CIS, the article analyze the probability of content management application in CIS． Thirdly, the article mainly analyzes the workflow application in competitive intelligence cycle ． In this section the article introduces the basic concept of workflow and workflow management system． Then the article introduce the basic principle of competitive intelligence cycle． At the end , the article mainly elaborate workflow application in competitive intelligence cycle ，analyzes the workflow of competitive intelligence cycle and propose the workflow integration in CIS． Finally, the article mainly analyzes the application of enterprise information portal in the service system of CIS． At first , the article analyzes the function of delivery and evaluation function in the service system of CIS ,and then introduce the concept and development stage of enterprise information portal． At the end, the article propose the concept of competitive intelligence portals and analyze the function of competitive intelligence portals．
