| 中文摘要: | 2009年1月7日国内3G牌照正式发放,中国电信作为长期经营固网的电信运营商,获得3G牌照展开移动业务,面对3G乍到、移动业务经验不足、竞争对手强大的形势,必须另辟发展路径,以求得生存发展。 国内的电信业受产业政策影响较为浓厚,3G技术虽然先进但在国内商用的前途未知,如果采取观望将难有时间机遇弥补在移动业务方面的经验空白,错失追上其他竞争对手的良机。以3G为机遇,通过经营模式的创新实现重新整合,构建与3G发展相适合的资源结构、产业链合作和优势业务等,形成中国电信作为移动运营商在3G新纪元的独特业务优势,力争成为新一轮业内竞争的优胜者。 本文依据经营模式创新及其要素分析理论对中国电信企业的3G移动业务经营模式要素及其创新之处进行分析,结合中国电信的实际运营情况阐述了该企业在面对新技术和新业务时,如何利用和整合企业资源和合作关系、构建形成优势业务、解决经营面对的困难和实现核心竞争力的突破。 本文旨在为长期从事固网业务的电信企业转入移动业务且引进新的技术时,面对技术、成本、合作关系、市场竞争等多方面问题,从经营模式的要素和创新角度分析,为企业提供借助新技术的应用塑造企业差异化业务优势、拓展市场的方案,供国内电信运营商攻破3G盈利谜题作为参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | January 7, 2009 ,the formal national 3G license were issued. As a long-term business fixed-line telecom operator, China Telecom obtain 3G licenses and launched mobile services aera. In order to seek survival and development, China Telecom have to provision of the development path, in the face to 3G, lack of mobile services experience and the severe competitor situation. Industry of domestic telecommunications is more affected by a strong industrial policy.3G,advanced in the technology, but its business prospects is unknown. In order to catch the time opportunities to make up for gaps between the competitors in mobile business experience. China Telecom is ready for 3G, through business model innovation to achieve re-integration in the resource structure、industrial chain and advantage in mobile services,form unique business advantages of China Telecom, as the mobile operators in the 3G era's and strive to become the new one winners of competition in the industry. This dissertation is based on the theory of business model innovation and its factor analysis on China Telecom’s 3G mobile services business elements and their innovations in business model analysis, combined with the actual operation of China Telecom.When the enterprise in the face of new technologies and new business, how to achieve integration of enterprise resources and partnerships to develop leading edge services to address the operational difficulties and achieve breakthroughs in core competitiveness. This paper aims for long-term fixed-line business tele communication operator engaged into the mobile business and the introduction of new technology, face to the innovation of technology, cost, cooperation, market competition etc, ranging from the elements and innovative business model perspective, in order to enterprises through the application of new technologies shaping the company to differentiate business advantage, market expansion.As a reference for the domestic telecom operators to break the puzzle of 3G profitability. | |
