| 中文摘要: | 伴随着中国汽车工业的飞速发展,汽车物流在中国悄然启动。2005年,我国的汽车产量达到600万辆,占世界市场的1/10。汽车市场的蓬勃发展,使我国对汽车整车物流的需求浮出水面,也为整车物流业的发展提供了历史性的契机和动力。汽车整车物流作为连接生产和销售的重要环节,在市场和产业的坐标下,其发展受到了汽车业巨头前所未有的重视。为了能够增强企业的竞争能力,降低成本,加快发展汽车整车物流并实现其进一步的优化也成为目前相关企业的重要考虑因素之一。在此背景下,本文将研究题目确定在本人现在所从事的整车分销物流领域,并且由于一汽丰田在同行业中具有一定的代表性,本文着重研究了一汽丰田汽车销售有限公司在整车物流领域的问题点及其如何实现优化。 首先,本文对汽车整车物流的相关背景理论进行了回顾,这是研究整车物流的基本要素。随着市场的全球化、经济的区域化,企业之间的竞争开始转向基于时间的竞争和基于客户需求的竞争。在这样新的市场环境中,大规模定制被企业广泛采用,因为这种生产方式能够给企业提供竞争优势。由此,本文介绍了大规模定制模式的概念及其特点,大规模定制下的整车物流管理;又随着现代物流业的不断发展,先进的企业管理和实践也正朝着精细化方向发展,以汽车制造和电子技术产业为代表的准时制(JIT)管理在现代制造业中已得到广泛应用。本文再次重申了JIT生产的内涵,阐述了准时制物流的原理,指出了JIT生产模式对物流配送的要求和作用以及准时制拉动式物流管理模式的应用;在第三方物流服务参与汽车整车物流已经蔚然成潮的今天,本文又介绍了汽车物流的第三方物流理论基础以及第三方物流对企业的贡献。 其次,在综述了汽车整车物流的相关理论基础上,本文对一汽丰田汽车销售有限公司整车分销物流的工作背景及现状做了全面、详细的介绍,并结合中国当前整车物流发展状况,指出了一汽丰田整车分销物流环节存在的问题点:1)波动幅度大、可控性差;2)信息系统不足;3)汽车整车物流的运输成本较高;4)商品车长距离运输途中质损率较高。在分析了以上问题点之后,又探讨了一汽丰田整车分销物流环节在物流运输成本和商品车运输保险费用上的可优化空间。 再次,根据可优化空间、又基于相关理论,也是作为本文的最核心内容,第四章和第五章各给出了一个有针对性的一汽丰田整车物流环节实现优化的方案,并同时给出了2个优化方案实施与管理的具体措施。 第四章着重阐述了多式联运的概念、多式联运与现代物流的关系、多式联运运输方式选择的依据和多式联运的优越性。基于这一理论,提出了一汽丰田整车物流的优化方案:即导入定期定航次的陆海结合多式联运运输方式,以此实现降低物流成本、稳定交货期、提高综合物流服务水平的目标。依据商品车运输的流程图,将陆上直行运输方式和陆海结合的海上运输方式的交货期进行了比较,并相应的制定出了海上运输方式运费结算的构成图;在海上运输方式项目导入的实施中,本文从项目导入的前提条件、发车地的准备、装载港滚装码头的准备、海上输送各船公司所作的准备、卸船港临时库的建设和现地事务所的成立等方面给出了具体的实施内容;在海上运输的运行管理中,本文又从配船计划的制作、如何对每船的装载台数进行调整、如何召开定期月度会议和应注意的事项几方面给出了具体的运行管理内容。 第五章着重阐述了汽车制造业物流外包的主要原因,分析了汽车行业物流配送的协同过程,介绍了汽车行业物流协同配送的几种类型。基于这一理论,提出了又一个一汽丰田整车物流的优化方案:即一汽丰田与广汽丰田公司共同投资开发构筑一个新的物流信息系统,以期达到整合南北物流资源、实现协同配送的目的。在原先物流信息系统的基础上,本文给出了新的信息系统——G-YNS物流信息系统操作的流程方案,设计了几种南北协同配送的模式,指出了G-YNS系统导入实施的范围及场所;在G-YNS系统导入试行和实施部分中,本文从用户调查、确认系统开发的内容、保守系统的测试、正式导入、导入初期的跟踪完善与评价等方面给出了具体的实施内容;在G-YNS系统导入后如何运行与管理中,本文又从如何进行系统操作流程标准化、如何制定用户手册、如何建立异常对应体制、如何召开定期月度系统改善会议、如何定期做好系统维护工作和数据备份工作以及相关的注意事项几方面给出了具体的措施。 最后,在总结全文的基础上,再次强调本文核心内容并指出本文的研究局限性及未来展望。希望本文对我国其他汽车企业整车物流绩效的增加有一些指导价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the high development of china automobile industry, automotive logistics quietly started in china. The automobile output of our country in 2005 was 6 million which was one tenth of the whole world market. The high development of automobile market made the need for automotive logistics appeared, and it is also providing historic chance and power for automotive logistics industry. As the important link of manufacture and sales, under the coordinates of market and industry, the development of automotive logistics is being paid much attention by giants in automobile industry. In order to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises and lower costs, accelerating the development of automotive vehicle logistics and realizing their further optimization became an important consideration thinking by current related business. Under this background, this thesis examined the topic on vehicle distributors which field I am engaged in. The FAW Toyota in the same industry have some representation, so the thesis focused on the FAW Toyota vehicle transportation problems in the area of logistics and how to achieve their optimization. Firstly, this thesis reviewed related theoretical background of automotive vehicle logistics, which is to examine the basis elements of vehicle logistics. With the globalization of markets, the regionalization of the economy, competition among enterprises has begun to shift to time-based competition and competition based on customer demand. In this new market environment, mass customization was widely used by enterprises, as this mode of production can provide competitive advantages to the enterprise. So, the thesis introduced the concept of mass customization mode and its features, the Mass Customization vehicle logistics management; With the modern logistics industry continuous development, advanced enterprise management and practice is also moving in the direction of thorough development, as the representative for the auto manufacturing and electronic technology industries, JIT management has been widely used in the modern manufacturing management. This thesis reiterated the JIT production connotation, expounded the principle of the JIT production patterns of logistics and distribution, as well as the requirements of JIT pull-made logistics management application; Today, third-party logistics services in the automotive vehicle logistics has been widely used, the thesis also introduced the automotive logistics 3PL theoretical foundation and third-party logistics contribution for the enterprises. Secondly, on the basis of relevant automotive logistics theories above, the thesis did a comprehensive and detailed briefing about vehicle logistics work’s background and status at present of FAW Toyota automotive sales Co., Ltd, and also pointed out its current vehicle logistics link existing problems: 1) Big fluctuation, poor controllability; 2) Insufficient information system; 3) High vehicle transportation cost; 4) Goods vehicle long-distance transportation quality high rate of injury. In point of the above issues, the thesis discussed FAW Toyota vehicle logistics optimization space on transportation costs and insurance premiums of goods vehicle transportation as well. Thirdly, according to the optimization space and also on the basis of relative theories, as the core content of this thesis, Chapter IV and V gave an optimal vehicle logistics link program separately, and at the same time gave specific measures of its implementation and management. Chapter IV focused on the concept of a multimodal transport, the relationship between multimodal transport and modern logistics, multimodal transportation mode choice basis and the superiority of multimodal transport. On the basic of this theory, the thesis put forward a FAW Toyota automotive logistics optimal program: introducing regularly scheduled voyage into the land and sea combined multimodal transport modes, to achieve lower logistics costs, stable delivery time, improve their overall level of logistics services. Based on the flow chart of goods vehicle transport, the thesis compared delivery time between land transport mode and land-sea combined transport mode, and drafted a sea transport freight map; In the part of implementation of sea transport mode project, the thesis gave specific measures from the precondition for the start of project, preparations of garage transport, the loading port Ro-Ro terminal ready, maritime transport preparations done by the various shipping companies, unloading terminal’s temporary garage building and the establishment of firms and other aspects; About the management of sea transport running, the thesis gave the specific managing contents from ship allocation plan making, how to adjust each boat loading quantity, how to hold regular monthly meetings and things that should be paid attention to. Chapter V focused on the automotive manufacturing logistics outsourcing reasons, the analysis of the automobile industry collaborative logistics and distribution process, the automobile industry logistics synergies delivery types. Based on the theory of distribution synergies, the thesis put forward another FAW Toyota automotive logistics optimal program: FAW Toyota and Guangzhou Automobile Toyota jointly investing to develop a North-South convection、collaborative distribution logistics information system, to integrate North-South logistics resources and to achieve synergies distribution. Based on the original logistics information system, the thesis gave a new logistics information system——G-YNS system operation flow program, designed several kinds of North-South collaborative distribution models, pointed out the implementation scope and places of G-YNS system applied; In the part of G-YNS system applying trial and implementation, the thesis gave specific implementation measures from user survey, confirming system development contents, system testing, formal application, tracking、improving and evaluation after the initial application, and other aspects; About the part of how to run and manage after G-YNS system applied, the thesis also gave specific measures from how to carry on system operating process standardization, how to develop user manuals, how to establish an abnormal response system, how to hold regular monthly system improvement meetings, how to do system maintenance and data backup well and other things that should be paid attention to. At the end, on the basis of the summary of the full text, the thesis re-emphasized the core content and pointed out the limitations of this study and future outlook. I hope this thesis can be a reference for other enterprises in automobile industry in automotive logistics optimization. | |
