| 中文摘要： | 改革开放是我国的基本国策，随着社会主义市场经济的逐步确立和逐步完善，国外资本流入的逐年增加，对社会主义建设起到了重要的支持，产生了巨大的经济效应和社会效应。 作为外资企业的主力军，广大中小型外资制造企业正在社会经济建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用。它们在促进国民经济增长、缓解就业压力、优化经济结构、促进市场竞争、推进技术创新等方面都有不可替代的作用。目前，良好的外部经济环境、国家的政策支持、信息技术的进步、交通能源的发展都为我国中小型外资制造企业提供了良好的发展机遇。但同时国内外制造企业在生产水平上日新月异的提高而由此产生的激烈的市场竞争环境以及自身的战略迷失也给我国中小型外资制造企业的发展带来巨大的挑战和管理危机。 在此背景下，采取何种策略来解决企业所遇到的困境，使企业在多变的市场环境中保持长期健康发展，成为广大中小型外资制造企业研究的重点。本文对外资制造企业在中国的发展历程作了简单介绍，结合竞争战略理论，使用波特五力模型，对中小型外资企业经营环境中的竞争状态进行了分析。通过对企业可能遇到的困境和危机的研究讨论，以便发现如何在企业内形成动态能力，进行有效率和效果的运营管理，并在管理机制方面对可能出现的管理困境提出了一些解决对策。 动态能力是近年来新出现的一种理论，它对企业的发展具有一定的借鉴和帮助作用。中小型外资制造企业在中国具有广阔的发展前景，笔者希望通过本文的研究，对它们，也包括中资企业，都能找到国内生存发展的方法，在未来的市场竞争中获得更大的生存空间。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Upholding the reforming and opening-up is our country’s basic national policy. Since the establishment of the socialist market economy and development in China, more and more capital from overseas come into china. This gives us big support to the development of economics. As the main part of the foreign capital, the role of medium and small -sized foreign manufacturing enterprises have become more and more important in both social and economic field. They play the role of great importance in stimulating economic growth, creating more jobs, encouraging the nongovernmental investment, optimizing the economic structure, activating the market competitions as well as promoting technology innovations. Nowadays, the favorable economic environment, governmental supports and fast development of information technology have provided wonderful chances for enterprises. However, meanwhile the furious market competition brings tough challenges and management lurch. Against this context, it is very important to know how to overcome the management lurch and keep the medium small-sized foreign enterprises long-term healthy development. This thesis gives a brief instruction on the development history of the medium small-sized foreign manufacturing enterprises in china, considering the contest strategy, five-force model to analyze the environment of contest. Through the analyse and discussion of possible management lurch the enterprises will meet and define how to get the dynamic ability. Dynamic ability is a new theory. It can help enterprises to develop quickly and make fast growth, The foreign enterprises will get a bigger picture in China. What they need to do is to learn how to make the operations more efficiency and give countermeasure for overcoming the management difficulties. | |
