中文摘要:成功的企业战略规划,来自高层管理者在不确定环境中作出的正确分析和判断,科学分析战略信息能对战略管理者的科学决策起到重要的作用。本研究以管理学战略管理思想、经济学的竞争理论和情报学的信息利用思想为基础,结合数学、统计学、社会学、心理学等学科的相关理论和模型,力图达到三个研究目标:对企业战略信息进行分类,明确各类战略信息;面向应用,初步构建企业战略信息分析模型;通过案例分析来验证该模型的有效性,以求为战略管理研究和实践提供帮助。 在现有理论和成果的基础上,本研究构建了范畴缩减式企业战略信息分析总模型,并分别对市场信息分析、行业信息分析、竞争信息分析和市场主体信息分析这四大子模型进行设计和案例论证。在研究过程中,首先通过文献调查法广泛搜集、阅读和理解相关文献,参考并借鉴有关研究成果与方法;然后挑选天津某企业作为案例分析对象,根据设计的模型,对其进行战略信息分析,以求验证该模型的有效性;在设计模型和分析案例过程中通过专家调查和咨询,获取意见、建议和数据;同时对天津市的四个商圈和案例分析对象进行实地调研,搜集第一手数据;结合问卷调查法,对相关专家、企业客户和消费者进行问卷调查,搜集相关信息。 本研究首次采用范畴缩减的方法对企业战略信息进行分类,立足于三个范畴逐渐缩小的角色,将企业战略信息分为四层八类;以此为基础,创造性地构建了针对企业战略信息的范畴缩减式分析模型及子模型;并通过案例分析来验证该模型,确定该模型具备一定的实用性、科学性和有效性。 
英文摘要:The successful planning of corporate strategy comes from the correct analysis and judgment of senior managers in uncertain conditions, so, analyzing strategic information scientifically plays an important part in strategy manager’s decision-making process. This study based on strategy management theory of management science, competition theory of ecnomics, and information using theory of information science, combining with relative theories and models of mathematics, statistics, sociology, psychology and so on, in order to achieve three research objectives: to classify corporate strategic information and identify every kinds of them; oriented to use, to build corporate strategic information analysis model preliminarily; to prove that model by case analysis and to help strategy management study and practice. Based on existed theories and documents, that study built scope-reducing corporate strategic information analysis model at first, then designed market information analysis sub model, industry information analysis sub model, competition information analysis sub model, and market subject information analysis sub model, and proved them by case analysis separately. During that research, through literature search, the author collected and read the related documents comprehensively and systematically, made himself understood those documents, and referred those study results and methods; then picked one of the local companies as the object of the case study, analyzed its strategic information according to the model, to prove the validity of that model; got advice and data by expert investigation and consultation, at the same time, visited four commercial districts of Tianjin and the object company for the first-hand information by first-hand investigation; combining with questionnaire surveys of relative experts, customers and consumers of object company, got relative data. That study classified corporate strategic information in the method of scope reducing, based on three roles whose scopes were reducing, made strategic information into four pieces; then creatively built scope-reducing analysis model and sub models aiming at all corporate strategic information, and prove the practicability, scientificity and effectively of that model by case analysis.
