中文摘要：	成人高等教育培养了大批高素质的劳动者，为我国的高等教育事业做出了突出贡献，但是随着社会全方位快速的发展，国人对高等教育的需求也不断提升，成人高等教育与社会发展的不协调日益凸显，改革成人高校招生制度势在必行。 本研究从回顾中国成人高等教育历史演变轨迹入手，以发展特征为标志对其历史阶段进行了梳理，通过分析不同时期成人高校招生制度对成人高等教育发展的影响，进一步总结出当前成人高等教育管理制度存在的主要问题和内部矛盾。在此基础上，本文依托高等教育供需理论和制度变迁理论，通过构建成人高校招生规模与其影响因素的模型，对中国成人高等教育的供需状况及成人高校招生制度变迁进行了分析，阐明了中国成人高等教育的发展趋势和成人高校招生制度的优化方向；同时，本研究在深入探讨高等教育制度变迁中的政府角色定位问题的基础上，对成人高校招生制度优化的基本原则和方案进行了具体设计，以期对中国成人高校招生制度改革、乃至高等教育变革的理论与实践有所借鉴。
英文摘要：	Adults higher education has cultivated large numbers of labourers, which contributes a lot to China’s higher education. However, with the social rapid and all-around development, the demand for higher education of Chinese people has greatly been raised. The inharmony between adults higher education and social development progressively becomes obvious. Therefore, the reform of adults academy admission system is imperative under the situation. My research starts with the retrospection of Chinese adults higher education evolvement and creatively arranges and sums up the development phases of it with the symbol of developing characteristics. Then it’s concluded that there are problems and inner illogicality in current adults higher education management system by analysing how adults academy admission system influences Chinese adults higher education development in different phases. On the basis, this thesis constructs models of adults academy admission scale and influencing factors by introducing the theory of higher education supply and demand and the theory of system vicissitude; it deeply analyses the status of Chinese adults higher education supply and demand and points out the direction of Chinese adults higher education future development and optimisation of adults academy admission system. This thesis further analyses orientation of government role in higher education system and puts forwards the basic principles and projects of adults academy admission system optimisation in order to be useful for reference to theories and practices of Chinese adults academy admission system reform and even higher education transform.
