中文摘要: 20世纪90年代以来,企业外部环境的动态性越来越明显。环境的动态性和不确定性相互作用,导致企业随时都处于不平衡、随时都在改变。面对新的外部环境,企业必须增强自身的弹性运作能力。其中,一个重要方面是持续推动企业的战略变革。核心能力是企业优于竞争对手之处,是企业竞争优势的主要来源。然而,在新的环境下,许多企业的核心能力的刚性特征开始显现出来,并且成为企业持续战略变革的阻碍,进而阻碍企业核心能力成为企业的竞争优势之源,阻碍企业的发展进步。因此,识别出企业核心刚性,并分析核心刚性的成因,在此基础上提出核心刚性的克服机制就是一项相当重要的研究课题。 本文首先对资源基础理论和核心能力理论的发展历程及其相关观点进行了回顾,然后对核心刚性的相关理论进行了回顾,并对其研究做出概括;随后结合动态环境论述了动态竞争下克服核心刚性的必要性;然后通过对核心刚性内涵的界定,根据相关理论总结了核心刚性的特征和四个载体,在此基础上总结了核心刚性通过其载体的表现形式,进而对核心刚性的成因进行了初探;随后分析了核心刚性的根本成因。在核心刚性成因分析的基础上,提出了核心刚性的克服机制,即组织学习机制和机遇组织学习的创新机制,通过核心刚性的载体对核心刚性的操作进行了论述,随后进行了案例分析。最后,得出结论,并且指出本文研究的局限性和未来进一步研究的方向。 目前,虽然学者对核心刚性做出了研究,并提出了一些对策,但是他们对核心刚性的成因分析并不十分透彻,对核心刚性克服机制的研究,尚缺乏一套可以操作的体系。本文拟在深入分析核心刚性成因的基础上,提出核心刚性克服机制,以期能为企业克服核心刚性,增强自身弹性运作能力以有效参与动态环境中的激烈竞争提供一定的借鉴。  
英文摘要: Since 1990s, the external environment of corporations has gotten more and more dynamic. The dynamism and uncertainty of environment interact and lead to a result that the corporations are under unbalanced and changed circumstance all the time. Confronted with new external environment, the corporations have to enhance their competences of flexible operation. One of these competences is to drive strategic change constantly. Core competence is something that a firm owned superior to the others’, which is the main origin of competitive advantages. However, facing new environment, the stiffness of many corporations’ core competence comes to be exposed and becomes the barriers of constant strategic change. Furthermore, it prevents the firm’s core competence from being the origin of competitive advantage, and holds back the development of the firm. So, it is a very important research topic to identify core rigidity and its cause, and then put forward the mechanism to conquer core rigidity on the basis. Firstly, this thesis overviews the developing history of RBV and core competence theory, and then it reviews the core rigidity theory. Secondly with the dynamic environment theory this thesis emphasizes the necessity for conquering core rigidity in dynamic competition. Then it defines core rigidity, and concludes the characters of core rigidity, the carriers of core rigidity on the basis of relative theory. Then this thesis summarizes the representation of core rigidity by its carriers, it analyzes the cause of core rigidity. Furthermore it analyzes the fundamental cause of core rigidity. Thirdly on the basis of analyzing the cause of core rigidity, this thesis puts forward the mechanism to conquer core rigidity, that is the organizational learning mechanism and the innovation mechanism. Then by the four carriers of core rigidity this thesis specifies the operating of the mechanism to conquer core rigidity, it also testifies the validity of the mechanism with a case. Lastly, this thesis makes a conclusion and points out its research limitation and future research direction. Now, although many scholars have researched core rigidity and put forward some measures, their analyses about the cause of core rigidity are not comprehensive. Their suggestions to conquer core rigidity are lack of an operational system. This thesis will put forward the mechanism to conquer core rigidity on the basis of analyzing the cause of core rigidity thoroughly in hopes of providing guidance for firms to conquer core rigidity and to compete effectively in dynamic environment.
