中文摘要：	随着我国旅游业的发展，区域旅游合作已成为我国目前旅游业发展的重要途径。同时，随着“竞争力”概念的流行，“区域旅游竞争力”这一概念也逐渐得到了人们的认可。但是目前已有的关于区域旅游竞争力的研究所针对的区域往往是一个现有的行政区划单位即一个省、一个城市或者一个省内相邻的几个城市，这和目前日益兴起的跨省市的区域旅游合作有所不同，因为一个行政区划内的各个城市属于同一个省级政府机构领导，在政策实施、数据资料收集等方面有着一定的统一性和便利性。 基于这种跨省市的旅游区域的兴起，本文通过文献收集与整理、层次分析法等方法研究了区域旅游竞争力的内涵，认为区域旅游竞争力的内涵包含十个方面，即区域旅游资源竞争力、区域资本竞争力、区域人才竞争力、旅游结构竞争力、基础设施竞争力、区位竞争力、环境竞争力、聚集竞争力、制度竞争力、开放竞争力；并将每一方面量化为几个具体的指标，以利于更好的比较分析。文章最后通过对目前发展比较成熟的长三角旅游区域的现状分析对前述理论进行了实证研究，进一步巩固了理论的研究。
英文摘要：	With the development of our country's tourism farther on, the cooperation between regions in tourism becomes an important way. At the same time with the popularity of the conception of competing power, the conception of regional tourist competitiveness was accepted gradually. But at present the research on regional tourist competitiveness sometimes pointed to the regional of an administrative division, for example, a province, a city or some adjacent cities in one province, which is different from the regional cooperation in tourism in different provinces, as the each city in one administrative division belongs to a same governmental instrumentality, and there is oneness and convenience in the policy effecting and the data information collecting. According to the development of regional tourism in different provinces, this paper probes into the connotation of regional tourist competitiveness by means of collecting and collating information and the analytic hierarchy process. In this paper there are ten aspects in the connotation of regional tourism competitiveness, regional tourism resource competitiveness, regional capital competitiveness, regional person competitiveness, regional tourism structure competitiveness, regional infrastructure competitiveness, regional location competitiveness, regional environment competitiveness, regional assemblage competitiveness, regional system competitiveness, regional opening competitiveness. In order to comparative analysis better, in the paper each aspect is quantized into several indexes. At last, the empirical research on Yangtze River Delta confirms the theoretical research.
