中文摘要:  随着电信业重组和3G牌照发放的结束,全业务经营的电信运营商将拉开3G建设的帷幕。中国联通的经营环境发生了重大变化,面临着更为复杂的市场竞争。中国联通如何在3G的快速发展中发挥出自己的优势,缩小与竞争对手的差距,并建立起持续的竞争优势,这是中国联通当前面临的主要问题,也是本文的研究导向。   本文在竞争优势理论、价值链理论的基础上,构建了中国联通的竞争优势研究框架。本文首先分析了影响中国联通竞争优势的外部环境系统(一般环境和产业环境)因素。本文然后对影响中国联通竞争优势的价值链系统(企业价值链和产业价值链)因素进行分析。在内部价值链分析中,通过对电信企业的经营特点的分析,构建了中国联通的企业价值链模型,确定了企业的战略性价值活动,从战略价值活动所需的关键资源视角来对比分析企业的竞争优势。在产业价值链分析中,从电信产业价值链的发展和典型模式入手,构建了一般意义的3G产业价值链模型,并进行中国联通价值链的纵向关联分析、横向关联分析。针对影响中国联通竞争优势的各个因素,从价值链管理的视角,本文接着给出了提升中国联通竞争优势的对策建议。本文最后对全文进行了归纳,指出了研究的局限性和进一步研究的方向。   在新的宏观环境和产业竞争环境下,应用价值链思想对中国联通的竞争优势进行研究,有助于公司发挥自身优势,在3G建设初期占据有利的市场地位,并赢得持续的竞争优势,为公司的决策者制定战略提供有益的参考。此外,本文所做研究可以为国内其他运营商的3G发展建设提供有益的借鉴。  
英文摘要:  With the accomplishment of telecommunications restructuring and the issuance of 3G licenses, full-service operators will set about building 3G networks. China Unicom is confronting more complicated competition due to massive changes in business environment. How to make use of own advantages, reduce huge gap with competitors and establish sustained competitive advantage in the rapid development of 3G, will be a critical problem that nowadays China Unicom is faced with and will be also studied by this thesis.   Based on the competitive advantage theory and value chain theory, this thesis founds the study framework of China Unicom competitive advantage. Firstly, this thesis analyzes factors in external environment system included general environment and industry environment, which can influence China Unicom competitive advantage. Then, this thesis analyzes factors in value chain system included enterprise value chain and industry value chain, which can influence China Unicom competitive advantage. In the analysis of internal value chain, after analyzing business characteristics of telecom enterprises, this thesis establish enterprise value chain model of China Unicom, identify strategic value activities and from the visual angle of key resources essential to strategic value activities, make a comparison research of competitive advantage among operators. In the analysis of industry value chain, starting with the development and the typical models of telecommunications value chain, this thesis establish 3G industry value chain general model and longitudinal relation and landscape orientation relation of China Unicom value chain are analyzed. Next, Aiming at all influencing factors, from the visual angle of value chain management, this thesis elaborates the corresponding promotion countermeasure of China Unicom competitive advantage. Finally, the detailed work and main results of the thesis are summarized and some study limitation and some further study directions are presented.   Under new macroscopic environment and industry environment, the study on China Unicom competitive advantage based on value chain ideas is valuable to utilize own advantages, to get the prior position at 3G's start, to win sustained competitive advantage and to provide decision maker with beneficial references, furthermore, the study is helpful to major domestic operators in development and construction of 3G.
