| 中文摘要: | 随着科学技术的发展和经济全球化进程的推进,企业的生存和发展遇到了前所未有的挑战,表现为企业必须在产品或服务的质量、成本、速度和创新等方面同时具备卓越的竞争力,方能取悦顾客以立于不败之地。精益六西格玛管理作为企业有效应对上述挑战的一种管理思想和方法,近年来日益受到企业界的广泛关注。 精益六西格玛管理是精益生产方式与六西格玛管理的有机融合,是链接战略与现场、聚焦业务流程改进和创新的管理哲学与方法体系。本文以电子制造企业为对象,研究精益六西格玛成功导入路径及其关键控制点问题,主要研究工作如下: 首先,本文在阐明研究背景、意义、目的和方法并对相关理论进行回顾评述的基础上,分析了K公司应用精益六西格玛管理的动因与目标;提出精益六西格玛管理系统架构屋概念,构建其体系模型,并总结了该模型的二个核心、三个目标、四个支柱、五个基础的四大内涵要素。 其次,总结K公司精益六西格玛导入方式,提炼出两极螺旋、四阶递进的渐进式导入方式,指出夯实管理基础、由低到高的逐步深入展开是成功导入的特征。 最后,剖析K公司精益六西格玛的渐进式导入阶段和成功导入的关键要素,归纳出四个渐进式导入阶段、九个导入管控要点,从而使企业导入精益六西格玛具有可操作性。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of technology and global integrative economy, the survival and development of Chinese enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges. That is, the enterprises will succeed only if they have excellent competition capacity in product and/or service’s quality, cost, speed and innovation, etc. As a resultful management thought and method Lean Six Sigma Management has being widely concerned by enterprises. Lean Six Sigma Management is the rational combination between Lean Production System and Six Sigma Management, and is a kind of management philosophy and methods system used for the link of stratagem and site, the focus-on business process improvement and innovation. In this thesis, how to introduce Lean Six Sigma Management and relative key control points were studied for electronic manufacturer. The main research works are as follows: First, after presenting the study background, significance, purpose and method and reviewing relative theories, the incentive and target of implementation of Lean Six Sigma Management in K company were investigated. The Concept of Lean Six Sigma Management House System was brought forward, and this system model was designed. Four implied meaning of this model were two focuses, three targets, four supports and five groundwork. Second, after summarizing the introduction mode of Lean Six Sigma Management to K company, the progressive introduction mode, including 2-pole spiral and 4-step ascending. And, the successful introduction characters were starting from stable base of management, then gradual deployment to high level. In the end, to improve the maneuverability of Lean Six Sigma Management introduction to enterprises, the stage of progressive introduction and key elements of successful introduction in K company were studied, and 4-stage progressive introduction and 9 control points for introduction were advanced. | |
