中文摘要：	在经济全球化、社会网络化的今天，国际交往越来越频繁。大学作为知识创新和传播的主体不可避免的参与到广泛的国际交往中。当今的科学研究以“跨专业”、“跨国界”为特征，任何一所在世界范围内具有影响力的大学必定同大量的国际合作伙伴进行着实质性的合作。网络理论作为研究社会关系的手段，为本文提供了研究高校国际交流与合作的新方法——本文设计了以高校、科研机构、跨国企业为节点，高校为主体，以合作研究、人才交流、信息共享为合作模式组成的高校国际交流与合作网络。同时引入高校国际化的指标，以网络结构指标为纽带揭示高校国际化与高校国际交流与合作网络的关系。 首先，选择40所国内外大学为样本，调查他们的合作伙伴，并根据相应的属性完成原始的数据积累。通过对5600条数据的深度分析，用Netdraw绘制直观的网络图，了解了中外大学各自的伙伴特征、合作模式后，对双方的特点进行归纳并进行比较，分析导致差异的原因。 接下来引入高校国际化的指标并计算40所样本大学各自的指标值。在此基础上，建立高校国际化指标与高校国际交流合作网络指标的联系，通过Ucinet、折线图、散点图等工具分析数值，并直观显现。通过对国外知名大学数据的分析，试图揭示国际化程度较高的大学伴随着什么样的国际交流合作网络形态，这种联系是如何形成的。同时对比中国大学的数据，可以清楚的看到差距，并对差距成因进行了分析。 最后，对论文进行了总结，提出了网络方法研究高校国际交流后给我们带来的启示，同时提出了国际交流与合作的建议与策略。 本文的创新点在于：一是尝试用网络的视角，将纷繁的高校国际交流与合作模型化，同时用Ucinet和Netdraw软件将模型可视化，方便了管理者了解现状。二是引入高校国际化指标，同时将网络的指标与国际化指标联系起来，揭示网络对高校国际化的作用，并浅析了其中的原因。
英文摘要：	With the globalization of economy and networking of society, the human being has stepped into the world driven by knowledge and the international exchange has been frequent than ever before. As the main body of knowledge creation and spread, university has been involved into the broad international exchange inevitably. The contemporary scientific research is featured with interdisciplinary and international collaboration and any university with influential prestige must own numerous international partners with substantive cooperation. As a method of social relationship research, the network theory offers a brand new way to look into the university international exchange and cooperation. The dissertation designs a university international exchange and cooperation network with nodes of universities, research organizations and Multinational Corporations and with lines of research collaboration, talents exchange, and information sharing as mode of cooperation. Meanwhile, indexes of university internationalization are imported and indexes of network will be used as link to reveal the relationship between university international exchange and cooperation network and internationalization of university. Firstly, 40 universities were selected as samples. Their collaboration partners and properties of cooperation were surveyed then a table was filled as the raw data. Through the deep analysis of 5600 pieces of data, pictures of networking from raw data were drawed by Netdraw, by which the Chinese and foreign universities’ feature of partners and cooperation mode can be learned. Then a comparison between Chinese and foreign universities was made and a conclusion was made out as explanation. Next step, indexes of internationalization were imported and results of 40 universities’ were calculated. Based upon the result, a link between internationalization and network of international exchange and cooperation was made. Direct graph can be showed by tools of Ucinet, line graph and scatterplot etc. By analyzing data of foreign prestigious universities, morphology of international exchange network of highly-internationalized universities can be revealed and how the morphology came out. By contrasting the data of Chinese universities, distance can be seen then an analysis was made. Finally, a summary of the dissertation was made and revelation from network theory on universities’ international exchange was proposed. Meanwhile, suggestion and policies about international exchange and cooperation were also proposed. The innovation of the dissertation lies in following 2 points: 1. The author has tried to modellized the work of university international exchange and cooperation by network theory and to visualize it by Ucinet and Netdraw, which simplify the administrator’s work to know the present situation.2. The author imported indexes of university internationalization and linked it between network indexes, which reveal the function of network to internationalization with reasons
