中文摘要:随着社会经济的发展,企业管理模式的演进,日常运营式的管理思路逐渐被更注重效率,更谋求创新,更关心成本效益的项目型管理思想所取代,项目导向性企业应运而生。项目导向已经成为许多企业的一种发展战略,通过项目管理实现企业的战略目标要求成为组织取得成功的重要砝码。 在项目导向性企业中,项目管理能力成为了组织的核心竞争力,成为外部组织无法模仿和获取的能力。而过去单个项目管理的理论方法,在随着项目数目不多增多和资源约束越来越严峻的情况下,显然不能够为真正的项目导向性企业带来福音,解决困境。针对多个项目的管理理论也日益丰富起来,扩充着项目管理的理论阵营。但是由于流派和服务对象的不同,除了要保留其各自的特点外,还要为企业的实践应用提供一个可操作的平台也是十分必要的。 当前,针对项目导向性企业的多个项目管理的研究主要是项目群管理和项目组合管理。能够系统有序研究的还并不多,尤其是在国内项目管理领域,主要还是以翻译外国资料为主。 为此,本研究站在项目导向型企业的角度,从单个项目、项目群和项目组合三个方面探讨企业项目管理的能力。建构单个项目、项目群和项目组合管理的流程结构,针对每一个项目管理内容阐述如何在全流程中实现管理能力,与传统项目组合管理方法相结合构筑组合管理的流程方法体系。 建立项目群和项目组合管理的流程和能力模型是为了提供给企业一个切实可行的操作步骤,并将这两者区分开来,为项目导向性企业的发展战略服务,达到提升项目导向性组织多个项目管理能力的目的。  
英文摘要:The development of society and economy, the evolution of the mode of business management, project management, paying more attention to the efficiency, seeking innovation more and concerning the cost and return, takes the place of operation management. Then project-oriented company comes into being. Project-oriented organization is developing to a strategy goal in the company, which through the project to gain succeed. Project management competency becomes a core competitive competency of the project-oriented organization, which can not be imitated by others. Under the circumstance of more and more projects, single project management can not solve the problems. The theories of multi-project become more and more, but they are different in the aspect of the object. So it very necessary to provide a plate for companies to management multi-projects. Up to day, the research of multi-projects management competency of project-oriented company almost focuses on program management and project portfolio management. The research point is just to translate foreign data. The paper researches company project management capability from single project, program and project portfolio in the project-oriented company. This paper establishes new flow and management capabilities of them. Compared with traditional portfolio management methods, this paper establishes the flow method system. Establishing a new flow is to provide an actually viable operation step for project-oriented company. The differentiation of program and project portfolio can help the project-oriented company manage several projects.
