中文摘要:近年来,越来越多的跨国公司为了节约成本而关闭属于本公司的工厂,在亚洲的其它国家寻找成本低廉的OEM进行贴牌生产。 这种经营方式给跨国公司带来了多方面的影响和挑战。一方面,公司的成本大大降低;另外一方面,产品的设计和制造逐步分离出来,一个产品从概念的生产,设计方案的形成,直到在生产线上被生产出来推向市场,必须要有一个有效的管理控制体系使整个流程运作得更有效率。 本文作者运用对项目管理的认识并结合工作的实践,站在跨国公司OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer,原始设备制造商)新产品导入一线工作人员的角度,从跨国公司的视角对跨国公司OEM新产品导入的项目管理方法进行了研究。 全文共分六章,即绪论,相关理论回顾,跨国公司OEM新产品导入的现状、特征和问题,跨国公司OEM新产品导入总体方案,项目管理方法在跨国公司OEM新产品导入中的应用以及结论。论文的第一章即绪论部分阐明了问题提出的背景和原因,论文的研究方法以及论文的整体架构。论文第二章回顾了跨国公司与OEM,新产品开发与导入以及项目管理相关理论。论文第三章分析了跨国公司OEM新产品导入的现状和特征,在此基础上指出了跨国公司OEM新产品导入中存在的问题和原因。论文第四章研究了跨国公司OEM新产品导入在整个新产品开发项目中的位置,跨国公司OEM新产品导入的流程、方案和组织架构。论文第五章阐述了项目管理方法在跨国公司OEM新产品导入中的应用。论文的第六章总结了论文的主要研究成果和创新点,并指出了论文的不足和未来的研究方向。 本文综合运用了文献研究方法、归纳研究法、实证分析法等研究方法。作者希望通过以上几个方面的研究与论述,能够从宏观到微观,从一般到具体,从理论到实践,较具体地阐明跨国公司OEM新产品导入项目管理的实施,以期对跨国公司OEM新产品导入项目管理工作提供有益的借鉴。  
英文摘要:In recent years,in order to save cost significantly,more and more transnational corporation close their factories in their mother country then find cheaper manufactories in other country. Such operation method brings much impact and challenge to these transnational corporations. On one side,the cost was saved obviously; on the other hand,product design has been separated from product manufacturing. There should be a good management and control system to conduct the development process of a new product,from concept starts to finish the design, until to produce it in production line,with high efficiency. Base on the knowing of project management,the author of this thesis,stands on the position of transnational corporation management people,combines the actual practice in work to analyze the problems in new product introduce process. The whole thesis includes 6 chapters,they are introduction,related theory review, problems and cause in transnational corporation OEM new product introduce, transnational corporation OEM new product introduce precept,application of project management method in transnational corporation OEM new product introduce and conclusion. The first chapter indicates the thesis background,study method and the whole constructer of the thesis. The 2nd chapter of the thesis goes through the theory about transnational corporation and OEM,new product development and introduces,and also introduces the theory about project management. The 3rd chapter indicate the characteristics of the new product introduce of transnational corporation OEM,then it point out the problems in new product introduce process and analyze the cause after problems were summarized. The fourth chapter studies the position of new product introduces in whole new product development project,expatiated the new product introduce procedure,implementation proposal and organization. The fifth chapter explains the project management method application in new product introduce of transnational corporation OEM. The sixth chapter summaries the major research harvest and creation of this thesis,and indicates the future study direction basing on insufficiency of this thesis. The methods of researching literature,summarized researching,empirical analysis were used in the thesis studying. The author hope,from macro to micro, from general to detail,from theory to practice,the thesis can indicate actual new product introduce project management of transnational corporation under OEM mode,and then it can be as reference in transnational corporation’s project management work.
