中文摘要：	随着中国高科技企业的发展，高科技小批量产品的专业化趋势日益加快。在这种环境下，高科技企业经营管理工作必须更加注重约束自身行为，规范各项成本支出，在高科技小批量产品供应商管理上提高科学性、减少盲目性；并进行有效的成本控制，从而获得低成本优势，增强高科技企业竞争力，促进高科技企业自身的发展。 本文首先阐述了供应合作关系以及供应管理环境下供应商的类型，介绍了成本及成本控制体系，并对成本控制理论进行了拓展分析。其次，研究了高科技小批量产品供应商的匹配体系，在明确通过供应匹配确定合适供应商的基础上，详细分析了高科技小批量产品供应商匹配的原则与步骤，并针对现有供应商匹配评价组织的不足，提出了改进思想，建立了完善的供应商匹配综合评价体系。接着，研究了高科技小批量产品采购的成本控制，探讨了影响高科技企业总成本的主要因素。 最后，本文提出了采购成本控制的基本思想及相关绩效体系，指出了成本控制体系下的有效对策，最大程度地提高了企业的管理水平及经济效益。
英文摘要：	With the development of China's high-tech enterprises, high-tech products in small quantities to accelerate the growing trend of specialization. Under such circumstances, the operation and management of high-tech enterprises must pay more attention to their own behavior constraints, and regulate the costs, the small number of products in the high-tech suppliers to improve the scientific nature of matching, to reduce the blindness; and effective cost control access to low-cost advantage and thus enhance the competitiveness of high-tech enterprises, and promote the development of high-tech enterprises. In this paper, the cooperation between the supply and the supply management environment of the type of provider, introduced a system of cost and cost control, cost control and expansion of the theoretical analysis carried out. Secondly, the study of small quantities of high-tech products supplier matching system, through the supply in the clear identification of suitable suppliers matched on the basis of a detailed analysis of small quantities of high-tech products supplier to match the principles and steps, and for existing suppliers lack of evaluation of matching organizations and put forward ideas to improve the establishment of a comprehensive supplier of integrated evaluation system for matching. Then, to study high-tech products in small quantities cost control suppliers, the impact of high-tech enterprises of the total cost of the main factors. Finally, this paper provides the supply of the basic idea of cost control and performance system, noting that the cost control system, effective measures to maximize the enterprise's management level and economic benefits.
