中文摘要:中国钛白粉工业经过半个世纪的发展取得长足的进步,产能突破百万吨大关,国内市场需求高速增长。跨国公司也开始进入中国市场。与此同时,国内产能不断扩张,促进了产业发展壮大,但低水平扩展必须引发诸多问题,严重制约行业的持续健康发展。企业数量众多,单体生产规模小;技术落后,“三废”排放量大。中国钛白粉企业面临的良好市场环境、规模偏小、技术力量薄弱,同时又面临国际性跨国公司同台竞技,战略联盟不失为一条较理想战略抉择。 首先,本研究分别对企业战略联盟理论、竞争优势理论、企业利害关系者理论进行了回顾。介绍利害关系者理论其发展历史及不同学者对其概念的定义和不同视角的分类,强调不同类别的利害关系者对企业的利益要求及对企业战略决策影响的差别;从企业竞争优势获取内外因素的视角回顾波特竞争战略理论、企业资源与能力理论;对战略联盟理论的回顾主要描述了理论的定义和内涵,并分别从竞争战略理论、企业资源与能力理论进行战略联盟的理论上诠释,认为战略联盟在企业竞争优势获取方面的集其优点于一体,并且指出他们之间内在由竞争到竞争合作演化路径。 其次,本研究简要介绍钛白粉的基本知识及世界和中国钛白粉产业的发展现状、并分析未来发展的趋势;在此基础上运用一般环境分析和波特的五种竞争力模型对中国钛白粉企业的环境进行了详细的研究,结合竞争战略理论,明确中国钛白粉企业的竞争战略,从而得出战略联盟利于钛白粉企业获得竞争优势的重要结论。 最后,本研究将企业利害关系者理论与战略联盟理论作为工具,根据战略联盟成功的两大因素:结构因素和社会心理因素,提出钛白粉企业战略联盟的双因素模型。从结构因素方面出发,论述企业战略联盟的必要性、并从企业利害关系者理论对联盟战略决策进行分析;遵照过程模型逻辑的顺序分析钛白粉企业在战略联盟的伙伴选择对象及原则,提出战略联盟伙伴选择过程的三阶段模型;比较股权参与式、合资企业式、功能协议式和宽框架协议式等四种常用类型各自的优缺点,应合理选择战略联盟的组织形式;最后简要提出联盟谈判及协议签订需要注意的问题。从社会心理因素方面出发,论述企业战略联盟的关系管理机制(包括信任机制、协调机制、约束机制、知识与信息共享机制)建设;随后提出在运作过程中战略联盟绩效评估一般指标体系与方法,针对钛白粉企业上市公司提出依据公司股票市场价格评价法;考虑到实际战略联盟运作所需的一定柔性,避免路径依赖,讨论战略联盟因外部环境及企业自身资源与能力变化而动态调整反馈,同时整个战略联盟双因素模型也构成封闭循环系统。 关键词:中国钛白粉企业 战略联盟 竞争优势 
英文摘要:Chinese titanium dioxide industry acquires great progress through half a century; yield exceeding million tons juncture and domestic titanium dioxide coverage requirement increasing in continuous years. Multi-national Corporation also enters the market. Meanwhile, Chinese supply continues dilation, which accelerates the industry development, but internal enterprise low-level expansion evokes lots of problems, which impeding the industry continuous development. Enterprise quantity is more, single output scale is small, technique is in arrears, and waste product is more. Chinese titanium dioxide enterprises confront poor market environment、small scale、 frail technology and international firm competition, Strategic Alliances is a good choice to resolve these problems. Firstly, the dissertation reviews Strategic Alliances theory、competition advantage theory、stakeholder theory. Stakeholder theory mainly introduces the history and concept definition of scholar in different view, emphasizes interest demand for enterprise as well as influence on enterprise strategy policy decision from different scholar. In winning competitive advantage overall perspective, review competitive advantage theory and enterprise resource and competence theory. Strategic Alliances theory portray definition from competitive strategic theory and enterprise resource direction, hold that strategic Alliances have many merits, point out the route from competition to cooperation. Secondly, the dissertation simply introduces titanium dioxide basic knowledge and global industry recruitment, analyses future trend that understand mishap among Chinese titanium dioxide enterprise. Under the foundation, using PEST(Policy, Economy, Society, Technology) analytic method and five competition model, construe the circumstances of Chinese titanium dioxide enterprise. With competition theory, emphasize the Strategic Alliances significance which titanium dioxide enterprise gets competitive advantage. Lastly, the dissertation uses stakeholder theory and Strategic Alliances theory, according two strategic Alliances success factor: structure and social psychology, pose titanium dioxide enterprise strategic alliances double factors model. Meanwhile, from structure aspect, discuss the necessity of enterprise strategic alliances and construe the strategic alliances policy decision; According to the order of phase model logic, analyses titanium dioxide enterprise’s partner and 3C(Compatibility, Capability, Commitment) principle, propose three stage of strategic alliances partner, simply put forward the question of alliances negotiation and agreement bookmark which must be paid attention to. From the social psychology factor, discuss ordinary target system and way which evaluate Strategic Alliances ;In the light of titanium dioxide going on market, pose evaluating price on the basis of stock market; considering real strategic alliances need some regular elasticity to avoid route dependence, discuss strategic alliances dynamic change owing to exterior environment and enterprise resource, meanwhile all strategic alliances double factors model consist close cycle system.
