| 中文摘要: | 伴随着竞争环境的日益复杂,新兴产业的发展和高新技术的出现为建立新型的组织形式提供了条件,网络组织成为新型的组织形式,并随着信息技术等的发展而得到快速发展。学者们对于网络组织的形成动因研究对于解释组织之间日益增多的相互联系给出了较有说服力的说明,却无法解释企业联系的选择行为和联系方式。网络组织的演化过程理论虽然也有一些成果,但是尚不足以对管理实践提供有助益的指导。本文将研究的视角延伸到网络组织内部,从组织结点的决策和行为入手,探究网络组织的演化过程的内在机制。 本文首先在对网络组织结点的智能体特性分析的基础上,指出网络组织结点智能体具有目标性、自主性、交互性和反应性的行为特征,具有目标、接口、结点状态和方法库的内部结构,并将智能体与对象作了对比以示区别。在此基础上,提出了结点智能体的运行模式:智能体观察环境、更新内部状态、从方法库中选取行为加以执行、影响环境,循环往复。 其次,进行了网络组织结点智能体模型设计和网络组织演化过程仿真设计。文中采用第三代通信技术产业网络组织为样本,抽取结点行为模型,并加以数理化表示。同时,以产业样本数据为输入,设定模拟运行过程和输出结果,以便进行模拟分析。 最后,就模拟运行结果进行了分析和讨论,验证了网络组织中嵌入性与结点知识创新行为、密度重叠与结点技术选择、路径依赖与资源禀赋、学习效应与结点间合作等要素之间的关系。更进一步,利用对以上要素之间关系的分析,给出了网络组织结点企业战略决策行为模型,希望借此能给予管理界实践者以参考。 本文的创新之处在于,第一,采用了模拟的研究方法对网络组织演化进行分析和讨论,并构建了网络组织结点行为模型和网络组织演化模型;第二,本文采用微观的视角,从网络组织结点的角度观察网络组织演化过程,跳出了以往研究网络组织只关注网络层面的局限性,并针对现实企业战略决策给出了建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As the competition situation getting more complicated, the network organization is rising up to be a newly-formed organization with the emergence of new industry and the development of high-tech as qualifications. Network organizations get rapid development together with Information Technology. The scholars have done a lot of research on the motivation of the inter-organizational networks and obtained adequate conclusions, but not enough to explain why the firms choose these enterprises as their co-operators but not those and how they co-operate together. What’s more, the network organization theory can’t provide sufficient support for the managers in the practice, though some achievement has been published in the magazines. This paper takes a perspective of organization nodes inside the network, exploring the internal mechanism of the nodes’ decisions and actions. First of all, this paper analyzes the characteristics of organization nodes as agents, based on which the characteristics of agents are brought forward. Network organizational node agents have objectives, interfaces, statuses and methods. Agents and Objects are different. Further, this paper put forward the operation model of agents: agents observe the environment, choose actions from method stocks, take action and influence on the environment. This process is repeated again and again. After that, network organizational node agent model and network organization evolution process model are designed for simulation. Taking the network organization in the 3rd generation communication technology industry as the sample, node action model are drew out and functioned. Simultaneously, the simulation process and output format are designed, taking the sample data as input, in order to get simulation output analyzed. Finally, the simulation outcome is analyzed and discussed. And, the relation between embeddedness of network organization and knowledge innovating activity, the relation between density overlap and technology choice of network nodes, the relation between path dependence and resource endowment, and the relation between learning effect and co-operation activities of network nodes are validated. Further more, a model of enterprise strategic actions for network organizational nodes is constructed based on the above analysis, which is expected to be helpful for enterprise managers. The main innovations of this thesis lie in: first, this paper take simulation as research method to analyze and study the evolution of network organization, and constructed a model of enterprise strategic actions for network organizational nodes; second, this paper take a micro perspective, jumping out of former research shortages, and proposes several advises for the enterprise decisions. | |
