中文摘要：	设施布置规划方法是工业工程的重要内容，长期以来被广泛应用于工程类的各个领域。奥运会发展至今，已有一百多年的历史了，随着社会的进步和发展，奥运会的规模在不断扩大，奥运村的建设难度也在逐渐增加，而奥运村的内部布局设计正在逐步成为奥运村建设成败的关键。奥运村的内部布局设计直接影响到奥运村的运行效率，针对于此，本文着重研究了国外奥运村建设的经验与方法，并对多个奥运村的内部布局设计做了比较研究。文章结合奥运村的运作模式，运用设施布置规划方法，提出北京奥运村的内部布局设计模型，并运用计算机模拟仿真技术对北京奥运村的内部布局设计模型进行了完善和优化。 北京奥运村入住人数规模巨大、内部设施种类繁多，对其服务功能的整体要求远远超出了已举办的历次奥运会。文章对北京奥运村的内部设施进行了系统全面的分析，运用设施布置规划方法对其进行抽象和必要的简化，结合奥运村的建设实践，阐述奥运村内部布局设计的原则，同时利用设施布置规划方法中经典的系统布置设计方法，以定性与定量相结合的研究方式，分析北京奥运村内部的人流和物流以及其他的非量化因素，得到北京奥运村的内部布局设计模型。 计算机模拟仿真方法是科学研究的重要手段之一，该方法适用于多个科学研究领域，并且相对很多传统方法具有很大的优势。计算机模拟仿真方法应用于设施布置规划是一个很重要的课题，在设施布置规划方法的实践中，利用计算机模拟仿真方法来进行设施布置的辅助设也是一个公认有效的方法。本文在建立了北京奥运村的内部布局设计模型后，运用计算机模拟仿真技术，对模型进行了近于实践的计算机模拟仿真，通过模拟完善了模型的不足，使该模型具有了更强的实践意义。
英文摘要：	The Facility Layout Planning method, which is an important content of the industry engineering, has been applied widely in many fields related to engineering. The Olympic Games has been developed for about a hundred years. With the advancement of the human society, the Olympic Games become more and more sweeping and the construction of Olympic Town becomes more and more difficult. The internal layout plan of the Olympic Town is very important and it decides the operating efficiency of the Olympic Town. This paper studied the construction experience and approach of foreign Olympic Towns and compared the design of many Olympic Towns. Combining with the operation model of Olympic Town, the author put forward a design model of the internal layout design of the Beijing Olympic Town using the Facility Layout Planning method and optimized the internal layout design of the Beijing Olympic Town based on the computer simulation technique. Because the requirement of the service function of Beijing Olympic Town is strict and the people and facilities in the town will be in high amounts, this paper analyzed the internal facilities of the Beijing Olympic Town synthetically and simulated them with the Facility Layout Planning method. With the systemic layout planning method, which is a typical method of Facility Layout Planning methods, we got the internal layout designing model of Beijing Olympic Town and analyzed the people and facilities in the Olympic Town using this model. The computer simulation method is a very important researching approach and has a wide application in many fields. It is a significant project to apply the computer aided simulation method into facility layout. After an internal layout designing model of Beijing Olympic Town was built, the author used the computer simulation method to verify the model and make up the shortage of this model. This work makes the model more practical.
