| 中文摘要: | 随着信息技术的发展,全球化市场竞争与合作的日趋深入,基于供应链一体化的网络化组织模式已经成为一种世界性的趋势,流程的快速优化重组成为企业获得供应链竞争优势的重要手段。传统的业务流程再造只局限于单个企业,不能很好地适应网络组织环境下供应链流程的再造。 本文针对当前业务流程再造方法的不足,借鉴了优秀的企业建模方法论和流程参考模型的设计思想,设计了供应链流程再造体系的规范。供应链流程再造体系第一次从供应链视角提出了流程再造软件产品的通用模型。这一规范包括供应链流程再造生命周期模型、供应链流程再造体系的功能特性、组件与接口、功能与对象。供应链流程再造体系将供应链流程语义描述方法、供应链元素词典、多维度多层次供应链绩效评价模型、供应链优化知识推理及知识库等整合为一个集成架构。它能够对供应链流程建模、供应链流程运作和供应链流程优化各个阶段提供支持。 针对供应链建模,本文提出了一套基于XML的供应链流程定义语言——XSCPDL。XSCPDL采用语义化的描述方法作为供应链流程定义元模型,它是一种面向设计的供应链流程建模方法。在此研究的基础上,本文讨论了一个符合供应链流程再造体系的接口1规范的供应链流程建模工具的设计与实现。在本文的最后,将所开发的供应链流程建模工具应用于国内某航运公司的集装箱航运供应链的分析与建模。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As the result of information availability, hyper-competition and collaboration in the market, the network mode based on supply chain integration has been the global trend. Reengineering and optimizing the processes of a supply chain has been a key component to achieving the competitive advantages of a supply chain. The traditional single-enterprise-oriented business process reengineering (BPR) methodologies met bottlenecks while being applied to agile virtual enterprises and supply chains. The specification of the Supply Chain Process Reengineering Architecture (SCPRA) is designed to address the issue arising from BPR in the network context. The SCPRA describes the common model of BPR software from the supply chain perspective for the first time. This specification includes the Supply Chain Process Reengineering Life Cycle Model, system characteristics, components and interfaces, as well as functions and objects. The SCPRA integrates grammatical modeling methods, the Supply Chain Element Dictionary, the Multi-dimension Multi-level Performance Measurement Model, knowledge reasoning mechanisms and the knowledge base of supply chain processes into a comprehensive infrastructure. It provides full-range supports to supply chain process modeling, supply chain process operation and supply chain process optimization. Based on the previous research on grammatical process modeling, the XML Supply Chain Process Definition Language (XSCPDL) is proposed. The XSCPDL defines Supply Chain Process Definition Meta-model and forms a common interchange standard for various SCPRA products. After that, a supply chain process modeling tool is developed. This tool implements the interface 1 of the SCPRA. For the demonstration, this modeling tool is applied to a real shipping company in modeling its container shipping supply chain. | |
