中文摘要：	在经济全球化迅速发展的今天，企业间的竞争也越来越激烈，而供应链管理概念的产生和发展，为企业的经营管理指明了新的方向。可以说，企业间的竞争，实际上就是供应链之间的竞争。然而，国内供应链的发展和供应链管理的研究相对滞后，一些先进的管理理念并没有得到真正的应用，很多企业还都处在较为初级的供应链环境中。 本文针对传统的结构尚未优化的供应链，从人的角度入手，探讨了如何通过合理的配置供应链各环节的决策者资源，来最大程度的降低供应链总成本和牛鞭效应。论文以“啤酒游戏”的运行规则为依据，在Java平台下开发了啤酒游戏模拟系统，该系统的独特之处在于它纳入了三种不同的心智模式，分别代表三种不同类型的决策者，也可以引申为三种不同的决策策略。这三种类型在供应链各环节可以有很多种排列组合，每种组合对供应链总成本和牛鞭效应的影响都有所差别。本文通过对结果数据的比较研究，分析了三种决策者类型各自的特点并总结出他们在供应链中的最佳组合方式，对现实世界中的供应链运作管理有一定的指导意义。
英文摘要：	Today, the economic globalization is developing rapidly, and the competition between enterprises is becoming fiercer and fiercer. The emergence and development of the concept of supply chain management have pointed out the new direction for the management and operation of enterprises. We can say, the competition between enterprises, is in fact the competition between supply chains. However, the domestic development of supply chain and the research of supply chain management are relatively lagged behind, and some advanced management ideas have not been applied yet. Many enterprises are still in the comparatively elementary supply chain environment. Aiming at the supply chain whose structure has not been optimized yet, this thesis discusses from the aspect of "people" how to reduce furthest the total cost of supply chain and the bull whip effect by rationally collocate the different types of decisionmakers. The thesis has developed a beer game simulation system under Java platform based on the rule of "beer game", and is unique in the three types of different mental models included in this system, which represent three different kinds of decisionmakers, or three different decision tactics too. These types can be arranged in different positions of a supply chain and form many different compages, and the influence on the total cost of supply chain and bull whip effect may be different from one formation to another. Through the comparative study on the result data, this thesis analyzes the characteristics of the three types and summarizes their best mode of combination in the supply chain, and there is certain directive significance to the supply chain operation management in the real world.
