中文摘要：	核能已成为人类使用的重要能源，核电是电力工业的重要组成部分。根据国家发改委的核电中长期发展规划，目前核电项目在我国处于快速发展时期，核电项目的管理模式处于从实践到逐步成熟的形成阶段，核电管道工厂化预制做为核电项目的一个组成部分，探讨和研究其管理模式对我国核电项目管理的提高有一定的现实意义。在我国，管道工厂化预制在火电项目已经成熟，但核电项目管道，尤其是常规岛管道工厂化预制从岭澳二期开始首次全部在国内进行，管道工厂化预制项目管理模式还不成熟。核电管道工厂化预制项目应结合工程项目管理的特点，在管理各要素之间建立一种匹配关系，按照核电项目的特殊性采取合适的方式和结构来组合系统内外的资源。因此，提出和构建新的项目管理模式非常必要。 本文通过对目前国内外项目管理模式的分析，在运用项目管理和控制的相关理论方法基础上，探讨了核电项目的独特性，借鉴火电管道工厂化预制的管理经验，构建了核电管道工厂化预制项目的管理模式，并从业主和预制厂两个方面，综合提出了核电管道工厂化预制的管理模式。本文主要站在预制厂的角度对这种新的管理模式的实施进行了阐述。最后以岭澳核电二期常规岛管道工厂化预制项目为例加以证实。同时对其管理模式运行效果进行分析，并按照本文所构建的管理模式的要求提出了改进的建议。 本文研究的管理模式是从核电管道工厂化预制项目的角度进行的，该模式包括相关方之间的关系，重点突出了管道预制厂在该管理模式中的作用，详细阐述了预制厂的内部管控，并对项目业主和预制厂在项目进度、项目质量、项目成本等方面的管控进行了解释。因此，本文的研究具有一定的创新性和针对性，具有重要的应用价值。本文的研究对核电业主、管道预制厂进行管理模式的选择有借鉴意义，对核电管道工厂化预制项目沟通和模式管理上有指导作用。
英文摘要：	Nuclear energy has become the important enery human use, nuclear power is an important part of electric power industry.According to the medium-and-long-term nuclear power development plans of NDRC, Nuclear power at present is in a period of rapid development in China.The management model of Nuclear power project is in a forming stage from practice to gradual maturity.Nuclear piping shop prefabrication is a component of nuclear power project.It has practical significance to discuss and study the management model for improving nuclear power project management.Piping shop prefabrication in Thermal power item has matured in our country, But that（piping shop prefabrication） in nuclear power project,especially on conventional island only first shop prefabrated from Ling-Ao Phase Ⅱ NuclearPower Project at home.The project management model in piping shop prefabrication is not mature enough.Piping shop prefabrication project in nuclear power should accord with the characteristics of construction project management to establish a matching relations of all management elements,and combine interior and exterior system resource by taking appropriate measures and structure according to the particularity of nuclear power project. Therefore,it is very necessary to put forward and build a new project management model. This article analyses the present situation of home and abroad project management models, using project management and control theory methords.It researches the uniqueness of nuclear power project,and learns the management experiences of thermal power piping shop prefabrication,and builds the management model of nuclear power piping shop prefabrication.It synthetically puts forward a management model of nuclear power piping shop prefabrication from two sides between the owner and the prefabrication shop.This article mainly discusses the implementation of new management model from the perspective of prefabrication shop.Finally it takes the conventional island piping shop prefabrication of Ling-Ao Phase Ⅱ Nuclear Power Project to confirm,and analyses the running effect of this management model and puts forward suggestions for improvement according to the request of the project management model this article builded. Management model studied in this thesis stands in the angle of nuclear piping shop prefabrication.It includes the relations among related parties.It emphasises the function of prefabrication factory in this management model.It expounds the inner control of prefabrication factory in details.It explains the control in project progress, quality and cost of the owner and prefabrication factory detailedly. Therefore, this paper’s research possesses great innovation and pertinence, and has significant practical value. The study in this thesis has special reference to select management model for the owner and prefabrication factory, and it has guidance to the communication and model management of nuclear piping shop prefabrication.
