| 中文摘要: | 库存管理长期以来是制造行业关注的焦点问题,同时也是几乎所有制造业企业衡量其业务水平,绩效水平的关键因素。库存,对于有效缓解供需矛盾,及时准确地满足客户需求,获得规模经济,平稳生产过程,等等方面有着非常重要的作用。而供应链则指的是产品生产和流通过程中所涉及到的原材料供应商、生产商、批发商、零售商以及最终的消费者组成的一个供需的网络。将一个企业的库存管理放到这一企业所处的供应链背景下,分析整个供应链上重要环节对于企业库存的影响,将有利于其所处的整个供应链的改善,进而进一步实现库存管理的优化。 奥的斯电梯公司隶属于跨国集团公司,在中国有二十余年历史的合资企业,属于制造行业范畴。奥的斯电梯公司一些核心技术的部件以及部分安全部件的供应商是由世界总部统一指定的。这也是奥的斯电梯公司所处供应链特殊之处。这部分被指定的供应商主要分为海外兄弟公司和本地世界总部供应商,这部分部件的交货期均长于整梯交货期---两周。为满足客户需求,奥的斯电梯公司需要根据预测准备大量库存来满足供需之间的差异。电梯是完全客制化产品,并且电梯合同的实际排产需要与客户的付款状态,建筑工地的实际工程进度相结合,这就给准确预测电梯的实际排产量带来了很大的挑战。特殊的供应链背景,行业本身的特点以及公司内部的因素共同给奥的斯电梯公司的库存管理带来了很大的问题,降低库存,提高库存周转率是奥的斯电梯公司亟待解决的问题。 本文共分为六个部分,在第一章引言中简要介绍了本文的选题背景及意义,研究方法及内容以及论文的框架和主要结论;第二章介绍了库存管理与供应链管理的理论现状及发展趋势,作用,基本模式等等内容;第三章介绍了跨国制造业企业库存管理的特点及存在的问题;第四章介绍了奥的斯电梯公司的供应链背景下库存管理存在的问题以及成因分析;第五章对于奥的斯电梯公司的库存管理优化进行了研究;第六章对本文进行了总结,并指出了研究中的不足之处。希望通过对奥的斯电梯公司基于供应链的库存管理的应用研究,可以对跨国制造业公司的库存管理提供一定的经验借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | For such a long time, inventory management is the focus of manufacturing industry. Meanwhile, it is also the key factor of almost every manufacturing enterprise for measuring its business performance. Inventory is very important for balancing supply and demand, on-time delivery on customers’ requirement, enquiring scale economy and smoothing production tempo. Supply chain refers to a network consist of raw material supplier, producer, wholesaler, retailer and consumer. Putting the inventory management under the supply chain background of the enterprise and analyzing the influence of every knot in the supply chain on inventory management will be good for the improvement of the whole supply chain and also for the improvement of inventory management. OTIS Elevator Company is a manufacturing enterprise, who has more than twenty years history of joint venture in China and belongs to a U.S international group. Some core technical components and safety related components are supplied by world headquarter (WHQ) appointed suppliers. This is special for OTIS Elevator Company. These suppliers are oversea brother companies and local WHQ suppliers. The lead time of the components supplied by these suppliers are all longer than two-week, which is the whole elevator lead time. Therefore, OTIS Elevator Company has to prepare lots of inventory to meet customer demand. Customer payment status and jobsite status are both the key factors of elevator scheduling, which brings much difficulty in accurately forecasting the monthly shipment volume. Special supply chain background and elevator industry own characteristic bring much problems to OTIS Elevator Company’s inventory management. Inventory value reduction and turn over times increasing is the critical issue for OTIS Elevator Company. There are six chapters in this thesis. The first chapter mainly introduces the background of choosing this topic, research methodology, the frame and main conclusion. The second chapter mainly introduces the current theory and development trend, basic model, and function of inventory management and supply chain management. The third chapter mainly introduces the characteristic and problems on inventory management of international company. The fourth chapter mainly introduces the problems and cause analysis of inventory management under the supply chain background of OTIS Elevator Company. The fifth chapter is focus on the research of OTIS Elevator Company’s inventory management optimization. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and also some findings need to be improved. I hope through the research on the inventory management under supply chain background of OTIS Elevator Company; it may provide some experience on inventory management of international manufacturing company. | |
