| 中文摘要: | 家族企业是世界范围内普遍存在的企业组织形式,始于18世纪英国工业革命时期,至今己有200多年的历史。在经济社会发展中具有举足轻重的地位。子承父业是家族企业代代相传的常见方式。在中国这样一个“家”文化传统浓厚的国度里,子承父业更有其深厚的文化基础。 本文以相关的代际传承理论为指导,阐述了代际传承的背景、内容及继任的路径,继承人的选择等一系列管理层次的问题,从文化视角对家族企业继任过程中内部及外部影响因素进行研究,并借鉴西方的理论着重从文化层面分析中国家族企业代际传承中出现的问题及其根源和对策。 本论文沿着从宏观到微观的逻辑思路,第一章、第二章从家族企业普遍存在的事实出发,概括了家族企业代际传承的研究背景,研究意义,并综合评价了西方九种传承模式和华人家族企业的文化研究以供论述的展开。 第三章是从文化的角度对家族企业代际传承这样一种独特的管理现象进行分析,通过比较西方家族文化和中国家族文化,归纳中国家族企业文化的特征及其文化根基,从而使我们对中国家族企业的家族文化有一个更加客观辩证的认识。 第四章结合前面讨论的理论研究和中国家族企业文化特点,分析了这种文化在代际传承中所起的作用,包括积极作用和阻碍。 第五章对照前面提到的家族文化发展障碍,试图在继任过程中更新家族企业文化内涵,归纳总结家族企业文化传承的途径。其中引入了“反基因传承”和“文化反哺”概念,侧重了方法的创新。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Family business is a worldwide prevalence form of enterprise organization, which began in the British Industrial Revolution period of 18th century, and has a long history of 200 years. It’s of vital importance for the economic and social development. Sons inherit father’s business is the common form of the succession. In China, with such a strong "home" cultural traditions, this form has more profound cultural foundation. With all related intergenerational transmission theory as a guide, this article expatiates a series of management-level issues such as the background, content, succession trails and the choice of successor of intergenerational transmission. Then it does some research on the internal and external factors during the family business succession process from the culture perspective. Based on the Western theory, the article makes an analysis on the cultural problems and responses during the intergenerational transmission of the Chinese family business. Chapter I, II are along the logic line from the macro to micro. Beginning with the prevailing reality, which exists in family business, the research summarizes the research background, research significance of family business intergenerational transmission, and makes assessment of the nine models and cultural factors of Chinese family business for launching of heritage study. Chapter Ⅲ makes analysis on unique management phenomenon of inheritance from the cultural angle, through comparing the west family culture and the Chinese family culture, this chapter induces the characteristic of culture in Chinese family business and its the cultural foundation, thus enables us to have an more objective understanding to the family culture. Based on discusses of the fundamental research of Chinese family business culture, the fourth chapter analyzes the kind of culture which plays positive and negative roles in the generation of inheritance. According to the barriers as mentioned earlier, chapter V attempts renewing the connotation of the culture in family business, and summarizing the heritage route of it. This part introduces "anti-genetic heritage" and "cultural stream" concept, which focuses on the methods innovation. | |
