| 中文摘要: | MBA教育作为一种职业教育,管理知识的掌握固然重要,但职业发展的问题才是重中之重。本研究针对N大学MBA项目的现状,根据职业发展的相关理论,设计了调查问卷,对目前N大学MBA职业发展问题进行了深入的分析,并提出了一些改善方案和保证措施。 随着社会经济和现代科学技术的不断进步,管理手段和管理方法也都进入了现代化,而对于人力资源的管理也就日益重要起来,职业的发展和管理也就更加成为了人们关注的焦点。MBA作为职业教育的成功典范,其职业发展问题就更为人们所关心。 职业发展的相关理论在近几十年得到了迅速发展,一些理论也日趋成熟,包括职业价值观理论、职业选择理论和职业发展阶段理论等等。其中的霍兰德“人格——类型”理论和职业锚理论在如今的职业测评中得到了广泛的应用。本研究也利用了相关的理论,并根据MBA群体的特点设计了问卷,从MBA教学培养、职业发展和招生宣传三个方面进行了调查,统计结果很好的反映N大学职业发展的现状。 在对N大学职业发展问题的进行了原因分析以后,提出了一些相应的改善方案。改善的方法要从三个角度进行挖掘,首先要加强MBA学员的职业生涯规划,使学员们树立正确科学的职业价值观,客观理性的评估自我,建立合理的个人职业生涯规划。其次要对学校的教学培养工作进行改进,其中包括课程设置的优化,教学方法和内容的创新,职业发展指导的强化等等。最后,但同时十分重要的是用人企业的职业管理,用人企业理性进行组织人力资源规划,同时应该特别招聘和考核MBA学员。 在MBA职业发展问题的改善方案的基础上,本文进一步提出了MBA职业发展共赢模式的构建,即MBA学员、培养院校、用人企业三方的共赢模型。并根据模型,提出了MBA职业发展从战略层次到战术层次再到操作层次的优化步骤。为了保障步骤的实施顺畅,进一步分析了MBA学员与培养院校之间的互益机制,MBA学员与用人企业之间的互信机制,培养院校与用人企业之间的互补机制,为MBA职业发展问题提供了完整的理论研究。 | |
| 英文摘要: | MBA education is a kind of vocational education. No doubt the management knowledge is important, but the issue of career development is the top priority. This study is aim at N University’s MBA program. According to the relevant theories of career development, it analysis the current issues on N University’s MBA career development in-depth by the survey questionnaire. It also brings forward a number of improvements and assurance measures. With the continuous advancement of socio-economy and modern technology, management tools and management methods have also entered the modernization. So the human resource management is becoming more and more important. And career development and management has attracted the focus of attention. MBA is a successful example of vocational education. More and more people will concern about the career development issues. Relevant theories of career development has been rapidly developed in recent decades, a number of theories have become increasingly sophisticated, including the theory of career values, career choice and career development stages and so on. The Holland "personality - Type" theory and the career anchor theory has been widely used in today's professional appraisal of people performance. This study applys the relevant theory and designed questionnaire according to the characteristics of MBA groups. The paper does the reaserch from three aspects including the MBA teaching training, career development and recruitment publicity.The statistical results well reflects the status of N University’s career development. After the analysis of N University’s career development, the study suggests a number of corresponding improvement scheme which should be demonstrated from three aspects. First of all, MBA students require to improve their career plannings, build correct career values, and evaluate themselves objectively and rationally, to establish a rational individual career planning. Second, we must improve the teaching work of the school, including the optimization of curriculum, the innovation of teaching methods/contents and strengthen the career development guidance. Last but not least, the corporation’s career management is vital. The corporation made rational human resource planning, recruitment and appraisal for MBA students particularly. Based on the improvement program of MBA career development, the study brings forward the win-win model including MBA students, training institutions and the corporations. The paper puts forward the optimization step from a strategic level to the tactical level, then to the operational level. In order to guarantee the implement steps, it further analysis the beneficial mechanism between MBA students and training institutions, the trust mechanism between MBA students and the corporation, the complementarity mechanism between training institutions and the corporation. The reaserch provides a complete and theoretical research for MBA career development. | |
