| 中文摘要: | 服务业在当今世界经济中的地位日益提高,同时也是中国经济新的增长点,在国民经济中有着极其重要的作用,服务企业核心竞争力的提升也是提高中国国际竞争力的必然要求。加入WTO后,中国服务企业正面临着跨国公司的巨大挑战,如何在激烈的国际竞争环境下尽快提高服务企业的竞争力已成为亟待解决的问题。 而由于服务本身具有的与有形产品不同的特性,使得服务企业在提高自身核心竞争力方面有着与普通企业不同的重点。由于企业的运营本身是具体而又复杂的内容,所以提升服务企业的核心竞争力不能仅仅是纸上谈兵,而必须提出具体的达成路径。本文就将在对服务、服务企业核心竞争力和服务企业产业环境进行分析的基础上,识别服务企业核心竞争力的构成要素,并在此基础上提升服务企业的核心竞争力。 首先,本文对企业核心竞争力理论进行回顾,并分析其特性和形成过程;而后对服务进行界定并分析服务的主要特性,为下文服务企业核心竞争力的提升研究提供有效的理论支持。 然后,本文首先对服务企业核心竞争力的内涵进行了分析,并从价值链、技能、资产、知识和历史五个方面对服务企业的核心竞争力构成要素进行识别,在此基础上得出人力资源管理能力、企业文化凝聚力等构成要素。 通过对服务企业核心竞争力进行的各种理论分析和研究,本文最后结合服务和服务企业的特性,就如何有针对性地提升服务企业核心竞争力提出了几条主要的达成路径与建议,为服务企业战略决策提供一定的理论指导和实践依据。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The status of service industry is rising increasingly. It plays a more remarkable role in the national economy, and it is a new growing point of the new economy. The cultivation of the core competence of the service industry is necessary for China to increase the national competence. Chinese service enterprises are facing the huge challenge, which comes from the multinationals. So, it is an urgent issue to increase the core competence in the international intense competitive environment. There are some different emphases with the corporeal product enterprises when the service enterprises’ core competences are increased, as there are different characteristics between the service and corporeal products. The enterprises’ operation is idiographic and complicated. Therefore, some feasible methods to increase the core competence of service enterprises must be brought forward. The composing factors of service enterprises’ core competence are identified. All of that are based on the elements of the analyses of service, the environment and core competence’s analyses. First of all, the thesis reviews the theories of the core competence, analyses the characteristics and the forming process. And then, it defines the “Service” and analyses the main characteristics of service, and provides the theoretical support for the research of service enterprises’ core competence in the following text. This thesis analyses the connotation of the core competence of service competence. And then, it gets human resource management, enterprise culture, and other inscape, after defining the factors of service competence form five aspects, value chain, skill, capital, and etc. In the end, several management strategies and suggestions about how to promote the service enterprises' core competence are put forward, combining the service and service enterprises’ characteristics, on the basis of the theoretical analysis and research about the service core competence. | |
