| 中文摘要： | 美国出版业拥有世界上最大的图书市场，其年出书种数、图书销售量及均居全球前列，早已成为公认的世界出版业中心。其出版业已成为美国重要的行业之一，在社会中发挥着巨大的作用。出版社数目繁多，无法详细统计，大到全球性质的出版集团，小到只有二三人的小出版社。美国出版社随处可见，同时拥有一套完善的管理体系，出版社的运作方式也较为成熟，形成一整套行之有效的出版模式。 美国图书出版业发展中具有一些全球性的特色，对我国图书出版业的发展，或多或少都有一些参考作用。本文首先对美国图书出版业的发展状况做了简单介绍，在此基础上，笔者对美国图书出版业的管理体制进行了论述，在介绍美国各种类型出版社的同时，着重分析美国图书出版业运作方式和对外版权贸易中的特色，最后在与我国出版业进行比较的过程中，论述了美国出版业对我国图书出版业七方面的启示。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Along with the globalism of the world economic， the global publishing industry has developed fastly. The communication and co-operation between the countries gain reinforced. The publishment is not only limit to one or several countries; it has become the global behavior. American publishing industry holds the biggest book market of the world， both the varity of publishing books and the numble of book distribution stand the world front list. It has been recognized the world publishing center. Its publishing industry becomes one of the American important fields. The number of publishers is various， as big as global publishing group and as small as the smart press. American publishers can be found everywhere; it has a set of perfect managing system. The operational manner of publishers also is obvious mature， forming a set of effective manner. There are some global features in the development of American book publishing industry. And it has some reference function to the book publishing industry of China. First of all， this thesis simply introduces the development of American book publishing industry. On this basis， this paper discourses upon the managing system of American publishing industry. At the same time， it introduces the various publishers of America and emphasizes to analyze the operational manner and the features of foreign copyright trade in American book publishing industry. At the end comparing with China publishing industry， it dissertates the seven illuminations to China publishing industry. | |
