中文摘要:随着我国出版体制改革的不断深入,书业市场正在由国家垄断逐步走向开放。原有的国有资本正在面临着包括民营和外资在内的体制外资本的冲击,加之可替代书业形式给传统书业造成的巨大压力,市场竞争日趋激烈。 本文在综合天津市的书业市场格局和天津市出版发行机构的运营现状的基础上,运用五种竞争力理论对影响天津书业市场的宏观环境,即我国书业市场的竞争态势进行了分析。进而在归纳现阶段天津书业市场中存在的问题和不足的基础上,分别对构成天津书业市场竞争的五种竞争作用力的现状和发展趋势进行了深入的解析和展望。最后通过应对策略分析,提出了对于天津书业市场未来发展的设想。 本文在回顾图书馆、数据库、网络中大量关于书业市场现状和研究的相关资料的基础上,综合运用实地调查法和访谈法,吸取了以迈克尔•波特的竞争战略理论中的“五种力量模型”作为论述理论依据的模式,并进行了扩展和深入分析。通过将五种竞争力量与天津书业市场发展中的特点、问题和未来趋势的结合,提出了集团化建设、连锁经营、发展中盘、挖掘第三渠道等几个方面的发展策略。  
英文摘要:Along with the development of publish system’s reform, the opening is replacing monopolization in the book market. The state capital is in face of the impacts coming from the capital of private and overseas. Meanwhile, the substitute of tradition publish are exerting pressure. The competition of the book market is more and more furious. On the base of situation of Tianjin book market, this paper defines the macroscopical circumstance, absorbs five forces model of competition to analyze the competitive situation of the state book market, and construes actuality and trend of the five forces of competition in Tianjin book market depending on concluding the problems. In the end, puts forward the strategies concerning the future of Tianjin book market. This paper reviews past research achievements on book market through library、databases and internet, adopts field method and interview method, absorbs “Five Forces Model of Competition” proceeding from “ competitive strategy” as the theory view, and develops the deep analysis. On the base of combination of the theory and situation, advances the strategies concluding collectivization、catenation、middleman and the third channel.
