| 中文摘要: | 民营企业在我国经济发展中起着至关重要的作用,民营企业的发展已经成为政府管理部门关注的焦点。随着我国加入世界贸易组织,全球一体化的进一步加深,各行业竞争日趋激烈,民营企业正处于一个生死攸关的时期。为了能够在日益严峻的竞争中立于不败之地,为了能够在当前的经济环境中生存发展,许多民营企业都已经意识到必须打造自己的核心竞争力,从而形成持续的企业竞争优势。 企业核心竞争力的培育离不开人,这使得人力资源管理在企业管理中的地位显得尤为重要。在人力资源管理体系中,绩效管理是一项关键内容,是企业提升核心竞争力的主要手段之一,是企业能够贯彻自身核心竞争力的重要保证。因此,绩效管理已经引起越来越多企业管理者的重视,其体系的设计和实施决定着企业绩效管理水平的高低。 本文以民营企业TW公司为例,通过系统分析方法和实证研究方法对公司内现行绩效管理体系进行分析,找出其中不足之处,提出对策和建议,以此构建出更加完善合理的绩效管理体系。主要工作为以下几部分: 首先,对绩效管理的研究背景、研究对象和研究方法进行了介绍;其次,回顾了绩效管理的相关理论,梳理了绩效管理的主要概念,为之后的研究做好理论准备;然后对TW公司绩效管理的现状进行了分析,发现其绩效管理中存在的问题;接着,针对TW公司绩效管理中存在的问题,提出了一系列改进和完善的对策和建议,建立了TW公司绩效管理体系框架;最后,在以上几部分的研究基础上,制定了TW公司绩效管理体系具体的实施过程和保障措施。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Private enterprises are playing a crucial role in the economic development of China, which is at the center of attention of the administrative departments. With China’s accession into WTO and the deepening of globalization, all businesses are facing increasingly fierce competition. Private enterprises, in particular, are at a critical moment in its development. In order to survive the intense competition, many private enterprises have become aware of the significance of building their core competitiveness with an eye to having an enduring edge over their competitors. The core competitiveness of an enterprise is cultivated by its staff, which gives prominence to the role of human resources in the management of an enterprise. In the human resources management system, performance management, as a key part of it, is an important means to improve and guarantee the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Therefore, great importance has been attached to performance management by more and more enterprise managers. The design and implementation of the system determine the level of the performance management of the enterprise. Taking TW Company as an example, the thesis is intended to detect the flaws, put forward solutions and suggestions, and perfect the performance management system by conducting an analysis of the existing performance management system with the system analysis method and the case study method. Firstly, I will introduce the background, subject and methods of the study. Secondly, I will review the theories about performance management, list the main concepts and make theoretical preparation for the study. Then, I will analyze the current situation of performance management in TW Company, single out the problems, put forward solutions and suggestions, and establish the performance management system framework for TW Company. Finally, I will formulate the implementation and safeguard measures of the system in TW Company based on the study mentioned above. | |
