中文摘要:项目管理是近年来在世界范围内获得广泛推广和应用的一门新兴的管理科学,特别在现代的信息社会和知识经济体系中,项目管理作为一种科学的管理创新手段获得了很大的发展。项目管理不再是一种特殊需求下的管理,它已迅速成为一种商业运作的标准方法。 但是项目管理学的发展过程中还存在着许多空白之处,笔者发现现有的国内外项目管理文献绝大多数仅聚焦于具体项目实施过程的管理方法和技术方面的研究,关于项目活动的支持性团队的研究则乏善可陈。 本研究便是在这一背景下确定选题并开展的。本文的研究对象,是大型管理咨询类项目组织。本研究的核心问题,就是讨论此类组织的支持性团队的组织结构。笔者首先回顾了现有的各种传统的项目组织理论和各自的特点,并将当前现实的大型管理咨询组织的项目团队和支持性团队的组织结构与传统理论进行比较与界定,单独探讨支持性活动的类别和不同的支持性团队各自的特点。文章的核心内容部分,详细阐述了支持性团队及其与项目团队和组织整体的关系,以及如何按照支持性团队各自的特点进行组织结构改进。 本文重点讨论了外包对于支持性团队活动和其组织结构的影响,并创新性地将内部外包的理念和方法引入管理咨询项目组织的支持性组织结构,利用外部外包和内部外包来规避不应承担的风险,并通过规模效益和专业化来提高效率和降低成本,同时保证组织的私密信息不流失。文章同时也根据本研究崇尚的方法设计了一系列具有代表性的支持性组织结构,以期对大型管理咨询项目组织有一定的现实意义并提供一些循序渐进的改进目标。  
英文摘要:Project Management (PM) is a new-rising science of management which has drawn wide spread and application in the world. As a scientific management innovational method, PM has quickly become a standard way of business operation, which is only a sort of management on special request before. However, a number of vacant fields still exist during the development of PM. The issue author discusses in this thesis is that most of domestic and foreign theses focus on study of methods and skills in the process of execution of specific project. However, study on support teams of project activities is rare to find. Against this background, this thesis is oriented and carried out. The object of this study is large-scaled management consulting organization, while the kernel issue is to discuss the organizational structure of support teams in organizations of this sort. The thesis begins with a review on existing traditional theories on PM and their characteristics, and also makes comparison and definition between traditional theories and current organizational structure of project teams and supporting teams in large-scaled management consulting organization, then specifically explores on the types of support teams and respective characteristics. The kernel part of this thesis expatiates support teams and their relationship with project teams and the whole organization, then the way to improve the organizational structure of support teams according to their respective characteristics. This thesis mainly focuses on the influence of outsourcing on support teams, and innovatively introduces the concept and method of internal outsourcing into supporting organizational structure of large-scaled management consulting project organization, applies external & internal outsourcing to avoid needless risk, and improves efficiency and lower cost through scale benefit and professionalism, as the same time ensures organization information confidential. Meanwhile, this thesis designs a series of typical supporting organizational structures in line with its theories and is hoped to be of certain practical significance to large-scaled management consulting organization and provides some objectives to improve as well.
