中文摘要：	在知识经济时代，全球产业竞争的核心竞争力已经转变为依靠脑力、智力、创新力等知识资本竞争的“知识经济”，知识资产是知识经济的经营核心，企业组织的内部专业知识和专业技能的传承和累积是企业的竞争优势的源头之一。企业的专业知识和专业技能不只在组织个体成员的大脑中逐渐积累，同时也具体反映在日常组织作业的常规流程当中。 知识必须放在企业的业务流程之中才可以充分显现其价值，同时创造的知识要设法转化成可以流程整合、可以快速分享及应用的资产。本文要探讨的是如何构建一套整合业务流程并串联企业资源的知识管理系统，使散落在企业内组织层面、流程层面上的知识有效的循环利用，使企业在运营过程中创造出来的知识在深度和广度上的积累，将企业知识管理的成果，导入制造管理活动与业务流程中，使流程本身成为企业成功关键因素的创造者、执行者以及监督者。相对于构建庞大数据库以及被动学习的方法，将企业关键成功因素自动反馈并整合信息系统去构建符合企业运作需求的智能型数字化运作环境，则可为企业提供独特的竞争优势，更好的满足企业快速应变的需求。本研究的主题是建立基于企业业务流程的知识管理系统模型，期望能从企业知识管理系统面与业务流程面的了解后，解答企业如何有效进行系统性的知识管理工作以及企业如何运用整合性的流程技术工具来实现知识管理与业务流程整合的目的。 本文案例以国内某芯片代工企业作为案例研究对象，以芯片生产制程的光刻工艺技术的知识与业务流程整合为主题，探讨了企业的知识资产与业务流程的整合方法与技术知识累积和应用。通过本研究的方法论架构与实施步骤，结合企业本身业务流程与知识管理，缩短知识库与流程整合的时程，可加速企业的典范转移与企业文化融合；另外，知识库的建立，使企业内部隐性与显性知识都可以在最短时间被加以利用，成为企业运作的标准。
英文摘要：	In the era of knowledge economy, intellectual capital becomes the core competitiveness of industries in global competition. One of the sources of competitiveness is the transmission and accumulation of organization's internal professional expertise and skills. The knowledge cumulates not only in the individual brains, but also in the daily business process flows. In order to demonstrating its value, knowledge must be placed among and integrated with the company's business processes. This article is to study how to build an integrated business processes flow and knowledge management system, which makes scattered knowledge effective recycling and accumulating. With the integrated enterprise knowledge, business process flow becomes a key factor in business success. Relative to passive learning approach, automatic feedback and embedded information systems meets the business operational needs better, it can also provide a unique competitive advantage and makes the business response rapidly. The theme of this study is to establish a knowledge management system model based on business process flow, expecting to solve how to integrate process flow with knowledge management system effectively. By using a domestic foundry photo process as a sample, this article described how the technology knowledge cumulated and integrated with business process flow. Through the methodology of the architecture and implementation steps, enterprises can integrate its own business processes flow with knowledge management in shorten time. In addition, the establishment of a knowledge base makes tacit and explicit knowledge can be used as soon as possible and forms a standard business operations.
