中文摘要：	制造业是国民经济的支柱产业，当今中国已经成为了世界瞩目的制造大国，但我国的制造业的总体水平比较低，还远称不上是制造强国。导入更先进的信息系统以提高生产效率和产品品质，已成为中国制造企业的当务之急。制造执行系统（MES）位于企业信息系统中的执行层，把计划层的MRPII/ERP 和生产层的设备控制系统紧密的联系起来，成为信息沟通的桥梁。我国对MES的研究起步较晚，大多数都停留在理论方面和系统开发方面，对MES导入方面的实际研究还比较缺乏。 一些企业在建立或升级大的信息系统时，由于没有掌握正确的方法和流程，而导致实施失败，使公司遭受重大损失，严重时甚至造成无法正常运营。如何在企业正确、顺利的导入MES，使其符合企业的需求，使企业的发展更上一层楼，对企业来讲非常重要。本文介绍了MES的发展和现状等相关理论，研究了MES与其它企业信息系统之间的协同关系，深入剖析了企业导入MES的动因和难点，重点研究MES在制造企业中的具体导入。希望能够帮助国内广大的制造型企业正确、深刻的认识到建立MES对生产管理产生的巨大作用以及由此带来的不菲的经济效益。 本文详细研究了在企业中导入MES的步骤，并利用关键成功因素理论，进行了企业导入MES关键成功因素的识别，分析了在系统导入各阶段进行过程控制所需要注意的问题，以信息系统成功模型为基础，建立了企业导入MES的成效评估模型，使系统导入的成功概率大大增加，在最大程度上避免系统的上线失败。本文结合案例公司导入MES的实际案例，对研究结果进行进一步的论证。希望通过本文的研究，可以使我国制造企业充分了解MES的优点和好处，尽可能的减少甚至消除MES上线时企业有可能走的弯路和不必要花费的成本，使MES在企业得到顺利的应用实施。
英文摘要：	Manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of national economy. Today's China has become a big manufacturing country of the world's attention. But the overall level of China's manufacturing enterprises is relatively low, far from the manufacturing power. Implementing more advanced information systems to improve production efficiency and product quality has become the most urgent task of China's manufacturing enterprises. Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is the implementation layer of enterprise information system, and combines MRPII/ERP which is the plan layer and control system which is the production layer to become a bridge for communication. Researches on MES in China start late. And most of them remain in the areas of theory and system development, lacking the research of the implementation. Due to having not mastered the correct methods and processes, some enterprises establish or upgrade large information systems unsuccessfully. The company suffers heavy losses, even cause can not be normal operations in serious cases. How to implement MES smoothly and make it meet the needs of enterprises is very important to the enterprise. And it could enable a higher level for the enterprise development. This thesis describes the development and current status of MES and other related theories, studies the collaborative relationships between MES and other information systems, deeply analyzes the motivations and difficulties for the implementation of MES, focuses on the specific implementation of MES in the enterprise. Hopes to help domestic majority of manufacturing enterprises to profoundly understand the important role which MES implementation plays to the production management, and the great economic benefits that it would brings. The thesis studies in detail in the process of MES implementation, identifies the Critical Success Factors of MES implementation using the CSF theory, analyzes the issue needing attention at the different stages of MES implementation, establishes the evaluation model for MES implementation's effect basing on the IS success model, increases the probability of successful MES implementation greatly, avoids the failure Abstract III of system establishment as much as possible. The thesis further demonstrates the results of the research, combining with the practical case. Hopes that this thesis could help China's manufacturing enterprises to fully understand the advantages and benefits of MES, as much as possible to reduce or even eliminate the mistake and the cost of unnecessary spending, make MES could be implemented successfully in the enterprise.
