中文摘要：	2008年美国金融危机的爆发，波及全世界，演变成世界性金融危机。这次金融危机不是一个简单的经济周期的波动，而是制度性的缺陷带来的系统性风险，在此次金融危机中我国出口受到影响极大。国际航运业在此次金融危机中的经营环境也发生了巨大的变化。同时，我国的国际化经营有一定的规模，集装箱行业作为我国出口货物的主要贸易运输方式在这场危机中也受到了较大的影响。东方海陆集装箱码头有限公司作为天津港集团下属的专业的集装箱码头所面临的经营环境发生了很大的变化。在这种背景下，本文决定对东方海陆未来五年的发展思路和战略方向进行研究。 在金融危机下，本文通过对2009年国际、国内宏观外部环境影响分析，国际集装箱运输行业分析以及东方海陆内部运营主要环境因素的分析，对未来天津港和东方海陆公司的集装箱吞吐量进行了预测，确定了东方海陆公司当前的发展阶段定位。结合战略制定的原则，对东方海陆公司进行了全面、系统地SWOT分析，梳理出东方海陆总体战略体系，并最终制定出东方海陆未来五年总体战略。同时，对东方海陆公司如何将制定的战略进行实施的进程进行了描述，结合东方海陆公司的现状，通过分析、总结得出实施过程的关键因素，并且有针对性地提出了保证战略能够有效实施的保障措施。 在此背景下，本文将在企业管理实践中的所得与在理论知识的理解紧密结合，对处于我国进出口行业中关键节点的集装箱码头企业在此次金融危机中面临的前所未有的挑战，结合企业实际从战略制定的角度提出了自己的一些认识和理解。同时本文对战略规划的研究框架做了详细的理论回顾，并从中得到战略规划的发展趋势。
英文摘要：	In 2008 the outbreak of the U.S financial crisis has affected the whole world that has evolved into a global financial crisis. The current financial crisis is not a simple economy cycle fluctuation, but the institutional deficiencies caused by systemic risk. The business environment of the international shipping industry in the current financial crisis has undergone tremendous changes. China is an export-driven economy country. The financial crisis is a great impact on Chinese exports. The Chinese container industry as a major trading mode of transport has also been under a greater impact in this crisis. Tianjin Orient Container Terminal Co., Ltd. as a professional container terminal subsidiary of Tianjin Port Group, its operating environment is facing great changes. In this background, author of this thesis decides to research the next five years development ideas and strategic direction. Under the financial crisis, author of this thesis analyze the 2009 international and domestic macro-external environment impact, international container transportation industry and the TOCT operations internal environmental factor. Author forecasts the future of Tianjin Port and the TOCT container throughput also gets the TOCT current stage of development orientation. Combined with the strategy development principles, author of this thesis makes a comprehensive and systematical SWOT analysis of the TOCT, lays out the overall strategy system for the TOCT. Ultimately author develops the TOCT strategy for the next five years. Meanwhile, author of this thesis describes how the TOCT will develop the strategic objectives for implementation, and analyses and sums up the critical factor in implementation process, and proposes the effectively implemented safeguards to ensure strategic objectives to be accomplished. In this context, author of this thesis combines the experience of the practice in business management with the understanding of theoretical knowledge. With Chinese import and export trade in container terminal business in this financial crisis facing unprecedented challenges, author of this thesis puts forward his own strategic planning View. In this paper, author of this thesis recalls the theory of strategic management framework for the study in detail and derives strategic management of the development trend.
