| 中文摘要: | 核心能力是企业获取竞争优势的根源。企业的生存和持续发展有赖于企业在长期的经营和管理活动中形成的核心能力。自从加里•哈默尔(Gray Hamel)和普拉哈拉德(C•K•Prahalad)提出核心能力理论至今,己成为企业解决生存与发展中深层次问题的主流方法。 本文以资源基础理论为指导,提出了一套适合扩张型企业思考发展战略的系统分析框架。这一框架包括明确核心能力的认识角度、核心能力的识别方法、核心能力培育方法、核心能力和业务契合度分析方法、业务领域选择方法。 本文提出了基于消费者效用和选择为始点,以“综合竞争优势→单体竞争优势→业务流程分析→明确核心能力范围→核心能力检验→确定核心能力”为顺序,以认知思维和识别主体选择为保障的核心能力逆向识别过程。在此基础上,从核心能力培育的途径、培育的过程对培育核心能力进行了初步的探讨。最后结合金龙集团目前核心能力现状及业务扩张的实际需要,从核心能力形成过程和战略角度提出了金龙集团核心能力培育的内容、途径和策略。 研究成果对企业降低业务扩张的风险,提高在新时期的战略管理水平具有一定的实践指导意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Core competence is the source of achieving competitive edge for today's enterprises. Enterprises' existence and sustained development largely depends on their own core competences that achieved in the course of their daily operations. The theory of core competence has now become the main and widely used method of solving enterprises' underlying problems since it was first introduced by the two famous American scholars named C. k. Prahalad and Gary Hamel. Based on the based-resource review, this dissertation has brought forward the systems analysis frame of development strategy. The frame includes definitizing the point of view about knowing core competence, the method of distinguishing core competence, the analysis method of core competence and business coincidence and the method of business choice. The dissertation presents a preliminary study on how to identify core competence of enterprises in which proposes a reverse-identifying process. In such a kind of process, consumers’ effect and their choices serve as the basis point of consideration, “comprehensive competitive superiority—single-body competitive superiority—operational process analysis—the limits of core competence determining—core competence test—core competence confirming” as the order and the cognitive thoughts and the identifying body as the support. On the basis of the reverse-identifying process, the dissertation shows an initial research on cultivating the core competence in the enterprises from the way if cultivating core competence and its process. Lastly, it takes the practical operational experience in Jin Long Group as an example to conclude the above-mentioned problems solving from the aspects concerning core competence identifying, the choice and adjustment of business area, and the culture of core competence. The research finding in the dissertation is of strategic importance for guiding the enterprises in reducing the risk in the process of business expansion and improving the strategic management in the new era. | |
