中文摘要:随着科学技术的飞速发展和信息技术时代的来临,电子产品技术得到了迅猛发展,专业化分工越来越细,电子产业不断的被细分为各种专业化的产业,竞争越来越激烈。随着电子产业不断发展和升级,电子业不仅面临机遇,同时也面临着挑战,如何成功地立足市场,谋求生存和发展,已经成为电子业的一个热点课题。而EMS产业真正发展不过十来年,却得到了迅猛发展,发展潜力十分巨大, EMS企业如何在最短的时间内发展壮大自己,以便占领市场份额,已是我们必须面对和解决的问题,对这个问题的深入研究不仅有理论内涵,更具有现实的指导意义。 本文主要通过对EMS企业背景及新进公司经营模式的分析研究,以交易成本、资源外取战略及经营模式理论等主要理论作为根据,分析新进公司作为EMS企业经营模式构成及竞争优势和竞争力,并分析新进公司企业管理升级方向和趋势。本文首先回顾EMS产业的现状、特点及发展的态势,分析了世界EMS现状及趋势及中国EMS产业的现状。然后文章通过回顾波特五力模型、竞争优势理论、交易成本理论、资源外取理论、核心竞争力、和价值链理论、经营模式创新理论等,结合新进公司企业实际,分析新进公司作为EMS企业的经营模式,重点分析新进公司EMS经营模式的竞争优势和竞争力。 文章最后章节在理论和实践相结合的分析基础上,深入分析新进公司EMS模式的管理升级方向,为新进公司及EMS企业发展提供一点参考和建议。文章采取理论和实践相结合的方法提出问题、分析问题和解决问题,并采取逻辑推理、归纳分析、案例分析等多种方法,对新进公司EMS经营模式和竞争优势及竞争力进行了深入的分析。本文的创新之处,在于新进公司实例分析EMS企业经营模式构成基础上,分析新进公司电子制造服务企业竞争优势和竞争力所在,并分析了新进公司EMS的经营模式的管理升级,为分析问题提供了另一种视角。今后,应继续深入EMS企业实际,分析其管理升级趋势及竞争优势所在。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of scientific technology and the coming of the era of the information technology, the technology of electronic products has achieved rapid progress. And the electronic industry has also been divided into different specialized industry. The competition becomes more and more keen. Although it has continuously developed and upgraded, the electronic industry also faces opportunity and challenge. It has become a hot question for electronic industry how to survive and develop successfully in the competitive market. The EMS industry has formed and developed just for more than ten years. However it has made a rapid development. So it has enormous potential market space. As a EMS enterprise, how to strengthen it and own a market share in the world EMS market is a problem now we face and we need to solve. It is very important to research deeply into these questions both in theoretical and practical aspects. Based on theories such as transaction, outsourcing and business model, this paper mainly researches the business model and competitive advantage of the SMT company and It also put forward the upgrading way and developing tendency of management of SMT company. Firstly, this paper describes the developing phase of the EMS industry. It mainly analyses the current situation and tendency of the EMS industry. Then this paper reviews some theories related to the topic, such as five forces model, competitive strategy theory, transaction theory, outsourcing theory, core competitive theory, value chain theory and business model theory. In the third part, this paper mainly analyses the composite of business model of the SMT company as a EMS enterprise based on above theories. The fourth part, it analyses the competitive advantage and competitive power of SMT company as an EMS enterprise.. In the last part, Based on the theories and the case enterprise, this paper tries to analyze the tendency of management model upgrading for the SMT company as an EMS enterprise to strengthen development. This paper applies the ways of theoretical and practical analysis. And it also adopts logical reasoning, induce and case analysis to put forward, analysis and solve questions. The innovations of this paper are to analysis and discuss the business models, competitive advantage and management upgrading of the SMT company as an EMS enterprise. It provides another perspective for analyzing the developing of the EMS enterprises. In future, it is necessary to be continued to research the upgrading tendency and the competitive advantage from the practice of the EMS enterprises.
