中文摘要：	机构内生资源是机构智力成果的数字馆藏，它的出现丰富了高校图书馆的馆藏，节省了图书馆经费，有助于提升图书馆在学校内的地位，高校图书馆有必要将其纳入资源体系。而图书馆现有的服务、结构和管理都是围绕外购资源开展的，机构内生资源还没有完全进入图书馆的管理视野。随着这部分资源的快速增长，它将成为图书馆资源管理工作的重心，图书馆的服务、结构和管理必将因此产生变革，从传统的资源保管者、加工者角色向资源开发者这一新角色过渡。 本文从选题背景、研究目的、研究方法入手，通过文献调研，掌握国内外关于机构内生资源建设的研究和实践，总结了机构内生资源建设管理的模式和经验，找出了本研究应当深入探索的方向：以知识共享、知识转移和组织再造为理论视角，立足于南开大学，通过焦点式访谈调研了内生资源管理利用的现状和出现的问题，并据此提出由南开大学图书馆独立兴建校内资源的观点。本研究重点论述了将内生资源纳入资源体系后的图书馆，应当如何通过转变服务、结构和管理，进一步实现角色的转变。 整合了南开大学内外资源的图书馆，能够更好的满足学校和用户对资源和知识的需求，促进了学校内部学术资源的交流，有利于图书馆成长为学校的学习中心、教学中心和研究中心。
英文摘要：	Institutional repositories are digital collections of an institution's research. It has enlarged the collection and saved the cost of the academic library. And it helps the status of the library to be elevated. It is necessary to take advantage of the institutional repositories. All of the services, structure and management of the library were built up to suit the resources, which were bought from the publisher. The resources that were produced by the institution are ignored. With the increase of this part of resources, all of the services, structure and the management of the library should be transformed. The library are not only the conserver and the processor of the collection. It will become the developer of the institutional repositories. This thesis introduces this problem in all its aspects, includes the backgrounds, the aims and the research methods, etc. With the analysis of the related documents, we can summarize the experiences about how to build the institutional repositories. This research has three theoretic views, they are the Sharing of the Knowledge, the Transferring of the Knowledge and Business Process Reengineering (BPR). Nankai University is a typical case of this research. The Author analyses the problem about how the resources produced by the university be managed by a half-structured interview. She also declared that the institutional repositories should be founded by the library itself. This thesis disserts the problem about how to carry out the revolution. Which will help the library to change its role in the information resources management of the university. The library which integrates the resources that were bought and produced by the institution itself, will satisfy both the university and the user. It also facilitate the communication of the academic resources in the university. The library will act as the learning center, teaching center and research center of the university.
