中文摘要:中国入世以后,疏浚企业经营的内外部环境发生了重大变化,市场竞争日趋白热化。但是众多企业由于缺少市场经济条件下积累的经验,面对越来越激烈的市场竞争,由于没有形成一种具有核心竞争优势的资源组合和发展战略,难免会力不从心。从长期来看,疏浚企业应该具备能够持续地比其他企业更有效地向市场提供产品或服务,并获得赢利和自身发展的综合素质,这就是企业的竞争力。 所谓企业竞争力是指企业在市场竞争中所表现的一种外在市场力量,是与竞争对手抗争,赢得市场份额,获取利润时所表现出来的企业生存和持续发展的机会或潜力,它是企业外部环境与内部资源、能力、综合素质综合作用,最终在市场竞争中所体现的力量。因此,只有在结合行业特征的基础上,把握企业内外部资源以及分析企业内外部环境,才能找到符合企业实际、真正有利于企业竞争力提升的途径和方法。 本文运用企业竞争力理论、企业发展战略理论等相关经济学和管理学原理及方法,结合疏浚企业的特点以及中国疏浚企业发展的实际情况,首先阐述了疏浚企业竞争力的基本概念,企业竞争力的来源以及企业竞争力的层次;进而从企业竞争力层次的角度,结合疏浚企业的特点,分析了影响疏浚企业竞争力提升的外部环境和内部管理状况;最后在把握中国疏浚市场、中国疏浚企业的竞争力与其发展战略三者关系的基础上,提出了中国疏浚企业竞争力提升战略的基本对策,并对某一国有大型疏浚企业的竞争力提升实践进行了实证考察。  
英文摘要:After China joining the WTO, the internal and external environments for the dredging enterprises’ management have changed tremendously and the market competition will reach a boiling point. Facing the more and more intensive competition, a lot of enterprises have not the ability equal to their ambition, because they have not formed the advantage of core competence and development strategy in the circumstance of market economy. In the long term, the competition advantage of dredging enterprise depend on fostering and building the ability to provide product with quicker speed and efficiency and lower cost, which is better than the adversaries and can not be copied. This ability is the competence of the enterprise. The so-called competition of enterprise is an outer market power exhibiting in the market competence, it is the ability of the enterprise to compete with adversaries, winning the share of the market, and it is the opporunities and potentials of survival and persistent development of the enterprise when getting profit, and it is the final power emboding in the makert competence,combining all the outer environment and inner environment, ability and compositive diathesis together. So, only on the basis of combining the characteristic of relative industry, mastering the outer and inner resources and analyzing the outer and inner environment, can the enterprise find the real methods and approaches ot improving the competition of the enterprise. The thesis mainly applies the theory of competition of enterprise and enterprise development strategy and some other relative theories and approaches of economy and management, and combines the characteristic of transportation constructing enterprises and the fact of development of Chinese dredging enterprises. Firstly, the thesis sets forth the basic concept of competition of enterprise, the origin of the competence of enterprise and the hiberarchy of the competition; then on the basis of the thoery of competition hiberarchy, combining the characteristic of the dreging enterprise, the thesis analyses the outer circumstance and inner management which affecting the improvement of the competition of dredging enterprises form the point of the characteristic of dredging enterprises; lastly on the basis of analyzing the relationship among the dredging market, the competition of Chinese dredging enterprises and their development strategies, thesis puts forward the countermeasure of improving the competition of Chinese dredging enterprises, and demonstrates the practice of improving the competition of a large state-owned dredging enterprise.
