中文摘要:动漫杂志作为产业链的基础环节,肩负着市场调研,前期宣传等重要使命。杂志制作的成本与图书音像、动画电影相比要低廉的多。如果杂志上连载的动漫作品不能得到消费者的认同,可以及时停止连载,以免造成后续投资的浪费。而一旦连载作品受到市场的青睐,那么在产业链的后续环节——图书出版、动画制作等的投资就得到了一定的安全性保障。可以说,期刊是动漫产业链得以延续的试金石和宣传媒介,是产业链不可或缺的一环。因此,政府、出版机构和从业人员应当齐心合力,把我国动漫杂志做大做强。然而,制约我国动漫杂志发展的因素有很多,我们应当借鉴国外先进经验,发挥自身优势,积极寻找对策。本研究立足于市场需求,结合国外先进运营模式,针对目前面临问题设计一个体系化的解决方案。 全文分四大部分:本文在第一部分首先介绍动漫杂志的相关元素和概念,这是研究动漫杂志的基础。之后分析了发展我国动漫杂志的意义。只有明确了意义,本文的分析才有价值。第二部分主要介绍了国内外动漫杂志发展现状。我国的动漫发展有着悠久的历史,但中间存在断层,近几年也有长足进步。然而相比其他国家的动漫杂志业,我们的行业发展还是远远落后的,市场的成熟度也相差很大。了解并正确认识我国动漫杂志出版现状,并与动漫杂志业发达的国家和地区进行对比,是为今后的动漫杂志发展确定长远战略规划的出发点。第三部分是笔者对学生读者和动漫杂志编辑做的问卷调查以及访谈。主要针对读者对动漫杂志的需求情况和编辑之于动漫杂志的发展意见进行分析,试图从消费市场和业内认识两方面进行对比调查研究,发现我国动漫杂志发展的制约因素所在,探索发展趋势。第四部分基于我国发展现状,对比国外动漫杂志的成功发展模式,结合学生读者的需求和业内人士的意见分析得出一系列影响我国动漫杂志发展的问题。并分别从国家政府角度、整个行业角度和动漫杂志出版机构本身角度提出一套系统化方案。本研究的主要目的也是为发展我国动漫杂志提供一套完整且能长期贯彻的方法。  
英文摘要:Animation magazine is one of most important part of animation industry chain. The cost is cheaper than book, movies and so on. Its functions are market testing and advertising. If customers don’t like the serial story in the magazine,it would be stop as again loss. If a serial story is popular in the market,a single-article pamphlet would be published. And the investment of animated movie making could have been guaranteed. The development of animation magazine depends on a cooperative effort of government,publishing press and professional staff. However, there are many restricting factors. Finding a effective strategy is necessary. This thesis based on the market and successful experience of other countries to find a solution. This thesis analysed the present situations of animation magazines in China. It consists of five parts. First, the concerning concepts have been explained. And then, the significance of developing animation magazine have been illustrated. Second, the present situations of animation magazine at home and abroad have been introduced. The comparation between home and abroad has clearly showed the problems of native animation magazine. Third, there are two investigations of student customers and professional people. Make attampt to understand the market situation. Forth, according to the above comparison and investigation, a effective strategy has been put forward.
