中文摘要: | 市场经济的日益复杂使得单个高层管理人员所具备的专业知识和技能并不能保证其完成企业经营过程中面临的所有复杂任务,高层管理团队己经成为了现代企业经营和管理的一个重要运行模式。企业高层管理团队是企业的关键决策者,是影响企业绩效的关键因素之一。而社会资本是由企业所具有的关系给企业带来的可利用资源的总称,那么两者结合——高层管理团队的社会资本是指企业高层管理者所拥有的一种无形资源,这种资源有助于企业获得物质的、信息的和情感的帮助,对企业绩效具有积极意义。因而有效把握高层管理团队的社会资本对企业绩效的影响机理,对提高企业绩效有重要意义。 本论文结合社会资本理论和高层梯队理论的重要观点,以高层管理团队为研究对象,尝试着测量高层管理团队的社会资本,并且建立高层管理团队社会资本对企业绩效影响的理论模型,在此基础上提出假设。最后,采用中国创业板上市公司的公开数据,通过相关性分析和多元线性回归的方法来验证前面提出的中小企业高层管理团队社会资本对其绩效影响的假设,得到研究结论。最后,本论文通过分析结果,对我国中小企业在开发和维护好高层管理团队的社会资本方面提出可行性建议,以促进这些企业的良好发展。 | |
英文摘要: | Specific knowledge and skills of one person is not enough to deal with the complex problems that companies faced, because the market environment is becoming more and more complicated. So, top management team becomes an important operation model in operation and management of modern companies. As the key decision-maker of a firm, top management team is the main factor which affects the performance of the firm seriously. As we all known, social capital means the available resources due to the relations between a firm and other groups. Social capital of the top management team, the combination of social capital and top management team, is a kind of intangible resources which is helpful for corporate performance. Because enterprises can get support from other firms, such as materials, information and emotional assistant. Therefore, grasping the influence mechanism from social capital of top management team to enterprise performance is positive for promoting corporate performance. Based on the view of social capital theory and Upper Echelon Theory, this thesis put the top management team as the study object. Firstly, this paper tries to measure social capital of top management team. Secondly, it establishes the theoretical model of the relationship between social capital of top management team and performance of a small and medium-sized enterprise, and then hypothecates the hypothesis. Then, using the public data of Chinese listed Companies on GEM market board, the paper analyze these data by the means of correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to verify the hypothesis hypothecated Finally, it analyze the result of data analysis, then offer some proposals for small and medium-sized enterprises to increase their performance according to those results. | |
