中文摘要:在全球经济一体化、竞争与合作并存、经营环境变化多端的二十一世纪,企业竞争的关键成功要素已经从机会驱动的无序发展升级到战略管理的有序竞争。因此,战略管理已逐步成为企业进行市场竞争和谋求长期生存与发展的必然选择。 本文首先以经典和前沿的战略管理理论为基点,介绍了以迈克尔•波特为代表竞争战略学派理论,其观点是企业经营战略的关键是确定企业的竞争优势,以安索夫代表的资源配置战略学派理论,其观点是企业经营战略的核心是资源配置,以及以安德鲁斯代表的目标战略学派战略理论,其观点是企业经营战略的主题是确定和实施企业的长期目的和目标,其次介绍了PEST、波特五力模型、SWOT、波士顿矩阵等战略分析方法,同时分析了它们相关的应用研究情况。第三重点对多元化相关理论和应用研究情况进行了阐述。在此基础上,本文以山东海王化工股份有限公司为研究对象,综合运用上述战略管理理论和分析方法,通过对海王公司竞争环境、优劣势、机会和威胁以及业务组成单元的分析,分析和研究海王公司的发展战略,在公司发展可依赖卤水矿产资源逐渐缩小和开发区建设环境影响下,进行多种经营,实施多元化发展的战略定向,并在此基础上提出了战略实施的对策,为海王公司的发展战略制订和战略实施提供借鉴和指导。  
英文摘要:The key factors for company to get successfully competitive advantages has upgraded from random development driven by opportunity to ordered competing through strategy management in the 21th century filled with integrated global economy and integrated competing and cooperation and frequently changing management environment. Therefore strategy management is progressively becoming necessary for the company to depend for it to compete in the market and for it to strive for long-term survive and development. Based on the classic and advanced strategy management theory, this article firstly introduces the theory from Competing Strategy-school represented by Michael E.Porter , whose view opinion is that the key of the enterprise operation strategy is to definite its competition advantage and introduces the theory from Resource-allocation Strategy-school represented by H.igor Ansoff,whose view point is that the core operation strategy of the enterprise is its resource allocation, and introduces the theory from Target Strategy-school represented by Andrews, whose view point is that the topic of the enterprise operation strategy is to definite and implement the enterprise’s long-term purpose and target. This article secondly introduces the methods such as PEST, Michael Porter’s Five-Force Model, SWOT and Boston Matrix. This article at the same time analyzes the application and research situation. The third import point is to expound the diversification theory with its application and research situation. Based on the above stated theory and method, this article comprehensively uses above strategy management theory and analysis methods to researching Shandong Haiwang Chemical Co., Ltd.. This article by analyzing this company’s Competing-Enviroment, advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and menaces and Business-Component Units analyzes this company’s development strategy and provides the related strategy deployment for implementing diversifying development. Based on above analysis and research, this article also provides the related countermeasures for implementing the strategies, which provides the experience-lessons and guidance for Shandong Haiwang Chemial Co., Ltd to formulate and implement its development strategies.
