| 中文摘要: | 摘要 在当今的市场竞争中,企业必须能够对不断变化的市场做出快速的反应,并且在提高质量、降低成本、改进服务、引进新产品等方面具有竞争优势,才能生存和发展。而库存成本是构成运营成本的主要方面之一,加强库存管理,降低库存成本,是企业降低运营成本,提高市场竞争力的一个重要途径。 传统的库存管理理论已经有近百年的历史了,但是这种库存管理策略由于缺乏战略性考虑和规划,已经不适应当今的企业竞争环境。供应链管理作为一种新的管理思想,自20世纪80年代末提出以来得到了广泛的研究和迅速的发展,这为从供应链整体的角度研究和解决库存问题提供了基础。供应链库存管理的思想,是在实施供应链集成管理的基础上,通过建立企业间联盟,应用先进的信息技术,使各节点企业共享库存计划,快速传递信息,达到降低供应链整体库存和各节点企业库存的目的。当前,供应链库存管理已经成为了当前库存管理研究的重要课题。 目前关于供应链库存管理策略的研究,大多侧重在对具体的供应链库存管理模式如VMI,JMI和CPFR等的研究上。本文对此有所突破,在回顾现有的理论的同时,从供应链管理的角度对库存问题进行了系统的分析,阐述了供应链库存管理与供应链管理的关系,总结出供应链环境下库存问题的根本原因,并提出较为系统的供应链库存管理策略和具体方法。 本文是一篇案例分析型论文,注重理论联系实际,在理论研究的同时,选取了摩托罗拉(中国)电子有限公司的供应链库存管理作为案例进行实证研究。首先详尽研究了摩托罗拉(中国)电子有限公司的供应链库存管理策略,包括改善供应链规划、优化供应链管理、加强IT信息系统的应用,以及实施具体的供应链库存管理模式,包括从作为下游客户采用的VMI和JMI原材料库存管理模式和JIT补货策略,和作为上游供应商所采用的CPFR产成品库存管理模式和DSD补货模式。然后对摩托罗拉(中国)电子有限公司的供应链库存管理进行了绩效评估,对关键的库存绩效指标进行了量化分析,并针对其中的不足提出了自己的改善建议。最后对中国企业实施供应链库存管理提出了自己的建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract In order to survive and grow in the competition, enterprises must feedback to the changing market more quickly, and need to be more competitive in lead time reduction, quality improvement, cost reduction, new product instruction and so on. Because inventory cost takes much of total cost in enterprise, inventory management improvement is the important method to enhance the compatibility of enterprises. The traditional inventory management theory has been for near one hundred of years, but because this theory is lack of strategic consideration, it can not adapt to current competition environment. As a new management theory, supply chain management has been quickly developed and widely used from 1980’s. So the competition between enterprises has changed into the competition between supply chains. This condition not only provides the possibility to study and solve inventory issue from the whole supply chain perspective, but also makes the inventory management in supply chain the important subject of current study in inventory management. Currently, most of current studies in supply chain inventory management focus on detail supply chain inventory management model, such as VMI, JMI, CPFR and so on. In this disquisition, I will not only study detail supply chain inventory management model, but also try to identify the root cause of the inventory problem in supply chain circumstance, and to make up with the related inventory strategy and detail method, through the systematic analysis to the inventory problem from supply chain perspective. As a practical disquisition, it includes both the theory study and the case study . As the prove of the inventory management theory, the supply chain inventory management practice of Motorola (China) Electric Ltd is selected to be studied in this disquisition. At first, it studies the supply chain inventory management practice in Motorola China, includes both inventory management improvement strategy and detail inventory management models in supply chain, covering raw material and finish goods management. Secondly, the inventory management opinion is proved through the performance evaluation to the case of inventory management practice of Motorola China ,at the same time, the KPI of supply chain inventory management are submitted and analyzed. And for the inventory management issues that need to be improved, some suggestions are advised from my personal opinion. At last, some suggestions are provided, in order to help Chinese enterprises in the supply chain inventory management, I believe that it is helpful for the manufacturing enterprises in our country who want to accomplish or improve inventory management in supply chain. | |
