| 中文摘要: | 摘 要 本文依据现代企业价值创造理论与方法,对山东中烟工业公司的生产经营管理现状进行全面分析和研究,并在此基础上提出山东中烟价值创造模式解决思路和方案。 全文共分六个部分。通过对山东中烟生产经营管理现状的分析和研究,指出其现行管理模式和机制已制约和影响企业的发展,竞争优势不明显。烟草企业的深度整合和大品牌的快速发展,使山东中烟生产经营管理面临严峻的挑战和紧迫的任务,并提出了新的方向、新的课题。文章从现代企业价值创造相关理论研究入手,根据山东中烟工业公司的中远期企业发展战略目标,运用现代企业价值管理的先进理念及思维,完成包括技术研发、生产管理、市场营销、客户管理、物料管理等的思路、方法、机制和措施在内的整套方案。 本文得出的结论是:价值创造理论是一套科学先进的管理理论,其核心和方法适用于实行专卖体制的烟草企业,并且是解决山东中烟竞争优势弱、运行效率低的有效方法之一。企业在价值创造模式设计研究时,必须以企业整体战略和发展目标为主纲,根据价值创造模式的要素对各价值创造环节进行统筹设计、分类设定、明确方法、深度措施,才能改变弱势,建立优势,增强竞争力。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The thesis is based on modern enterprise value creation theories and methods of the Shandong Tobacco Industries, Inc., production and operation management status to conduct a comprehensive analysis and research, and on this based on the value creation model Shandong Tobacco settlement ideas and programs. The full-text is divided into six parts. Shandong by the status of tobacco production and management analysis and research, noting that its current management models and mechanisms have constrained and influenced the development of enterprises, competitive advantage is not obvious. The deep integration of tobacco companies and big brands of rapid development of Shandong Tobacco production and management is facing severe challenges and urgent tasks, and proposed a new direction, new issues. Articles from the modern enterprise value creation related to theoretical research to start, according to Shandong in the tobacco industry's long-term strategic goal of enterprise development and use of advanced modern enterprise value management concepts and ideas, to complete, including technical research and development, production management, marketing, customer management, materials management, ideas, methods, mechanisms and measures, including the package. The conclusion consists that: the theory of value creation is a scientific and advanced management theory, the core and the method can be applied to implement the tobacco monopoly system, enterprises, and is a competitive advantage to solve Shandong Tobacco weak, run an effective method of low efficiency. Enterprises in value creation mode design study, must be the overall strategy and business development objectives-based gang, according to the elements of value creation model of value creation on the part of co-ordination of all the design, classification setting, the obvious way, in-depth measures, in order to change the disadvantaged, the establishment of advantages, enhance their competitiveness. | |
