中文摘要：	企业集团财务公司是我国经济金融体制改革的产物，同时也是“大企业、大集团”发展到一定阶段后加强资金集中管理的模式选择。我国企业集团财务公司自产生以来在加强集团企业资金运用监督管理方面发挥出积极地作用，但由于多种因素的影响，财务公司运作的风险管理问题日益突出，有些风险管理不善的财务公司被监管机构勒令重组，甚至被迫退出金融市场。有鉴于此，为有效防范财务公司运行风险，确保财务公司稳健经营，本文在借鉴国内外财务公司风险管理实践经验和启示基础上，研究和探索阳泉煤业集团财务有限责任公司（以下简称阳煤集团财务公司）全面风险管理体系。 本文在整体分析框架上分为四部分，第一部分主要介绍财务公司的概念及金融机构风险管理的有关理论；第二部分介绍我国企业集团财务公司风险管理的现状以及分析国外成功运营的财务公司风险管理成功经验对我国财务公司的借鉴意义；第三部分在分析我国财务公司风险管理的现状基础上，结合国外财务公司风险管理的有效经验，以阳煤集团重组四通财务公司为切入点提出建立阳煤集团财务公司全面风险管理体系。
英文摘要：	Finance Company is a product of the reform of economic and financial in China, it’s also the mode choice when "big business, big group," developing to a certain stage to strengthen the centralized management. China Finance Company plays a positive role in strengthening supervision and management of enterprise group’s funds since its inception. but because of various factors, risk management of operations in Finance Company has become increasingly prominent, and some finance companies with poor risk management was ordered reorganization by regulators, or even forced out of the financial markets. In view of these, in order to guard run risks effectively, and ensure the sound operation of financial companies, basing on the reference to experience and inspiration of risk management practices of financial companies from home and abroad, we studied and explored of Yangquan Coal Industry Group Finance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the coal Group Finance Company) comprehensive risk management system. In this paper, the overall analytical framework is divided into four parts, the first part introduces the concept of financial companies and the theory of risk management in financial institutions; the second part presents the status quo of Risk Management of Finance Company and analyzes the successful operation of foreign financial companies for financial companies in China to reference; the third part, basing on the analysis of the status of risk management in China Finance Company, and combined with effective experience of risk management in foreign financial companies, stone with Yangquan Coal restructuring financial companies as the starting point for the establishment of Yangquan Coal comprehensive risk management system of financial companies.
