中文摘要:项目沟通主要是项目团队与其他组织、项目团队成员之间的信息的传递和理解。要科学的组织、指挥、协调和控制项目的运行过程,就必须进行有效的信息沟通。有效的沟通对项目的成功具有重要的意义。项目沟通管理是对项目信息的管理,包括对信息传递的内容、方法和过程进行全面的管理。这一管理的目标是保证有关项目的信息能够适时、以合理的方式产生、收集、处理、贮存和交流。 济南卷烟厂易地技术改造项目沟通管理的重点在项目实施阶段。项目实施阶段,需要进行大量的信息交换和发布,是沟通最频繁的阶段。沟通是否及时、准确、有效,直接决定了项目的进度管理、质量管理、资金管理能否顺利实施。项目实施阶段的主要沟通方式是项目进展报告、会议、电话、传真、电子邮件、个人交谈等多种方式。 本文通过对现有项目沟通理论进行了综述,阐述了现有理论的不足,进而对项目沟通理论的范围、内涵和意义进行了有效的界定和延伸,之后通过在新的沟通理论内涵和意义的指导下阐述了济南卷烟厂易地技术改造项目中运用项目沟通管理的实际案例,介绍了在实施项目沟通管理过程中,通过制定项目沟通计划,确定项目沟通内容、项目沟通方式、方法、渠道、项目沟通的时间和频率、项目沟通信息的来源等内容,来指导和规范项目管理的沟通管理工作,并且通过加强项目沟通管理的资源保障,进一步保证了项目沟通管理的有效性与项目的顺利进行,同时提出了一些新的沟通方法和工具,对大型的工程技术改造项目有很强的借鉴意义。  
英文摘要:Project communication is mainly of information transfer and comprehension between the work groups and other organizations, and among the project work group members. It must go on the effective information communication if a project would be scientific organization, directing, balancing and controlling the procedure. Effective communication is with significant value for prosperity of a project. Project communication management is the management to project information, include the comprehensive management to information transferring content, method and procedure precede comprehension. The target of such management is to guarantee related project information be generated, collected, treated, saved up and intercourse in good time and reasonable mode. The main point of the technological transformation project communication management was in the project implementation phase. Project implementation phase needed plenty of information exchange and issuing, it was the most frequent phase for communication. Whether the communication was in time, accuracy and validity determined the operation of schedule management, quality control, and fund management. During the project implementation phase, most communication mode were project progress reports, meetings, telephone, facsimile, email, individual talks etc. The foregoing some kinds of method were used basically in the technological transformation project in Jinan Cigarette Factory. This thesis firstly discusses the project communication theory and existing literature to present the inadequacy of existing theory, and then gives out the effective definition and extension of the scope, content and significance of project communication theory, under the guidance of the new theory, it exponds the practice casus of the technological transformation project on deferent place in Jinan Cigarette Factory for the project communication management handling, introduces how to direct and criteria project management communication supervisory work during project communication management processes operation, via establishing project communication schedule, fixing project communication content, mode, method, canal, time and frequency, information source etc. Intensify project communication supervisory resources can guarantee project communication management validity so that project could go with a swing. It's with strong reference value for large-scale engineering renovation project and proposes many useful and new communication methods and tools.
