中文摘要: | 中国制造业曾凭借其低廉的人力成本、优惠的政策和强大的加工能力成为世界制造业上游的中坚力量,然而,近些年来,中国制造业却频繁遭受各种外部压力,原材料和劳动力成本增加、人民币汇率上升、银行利率上调、出口政策调整等使制造业企业面临巨大的生存压力。同时企业的生存环境发生了根本性的变化,市场需求日趋多变,市场竞争更加激烈,顾客的需求趋于多样化和个性化。在这种情况下,企业的竞争优势不仅仅取决于产品的质量、价格、售后服务等传统的因素,而在很大程度上也取决于企业本身是否具有快速的市场反映能力,即是否具有足够的柔性。对这些企业而言,当务之急在于将挑战变成了机遇,需要引入更多先进的管理方法 ,通过更科学有效的生产方法,提升自身的经营管理能力,将自己变成强者。关键的基础是需要引进全球的最佳制造业的管理模式,因为站在巨人的肩膀上我们可以看得更远。 精益生产作为全球制造业一种有效的管理组织方法广为应用。其核心思想是以整体优化的观点合理地配置和利用企业拥有的生产要素,消除生产全过程一切不产生附加值的劳动和资源,追求“尽善尽美”,达到增强企业适应市场多元化要求的应变能力,获得更高的经济效益。 M药厂近几年一直面临的现状是中国医药制造业外部竞争环境越来越严峻,仿制药产品同质化竞争激烈,在国家宏观调控下零售价格持续下降,同时原材料和劳动力成本持续上升,使得生存和发展压力突显,如何结合公司实际情况,引进先进的精益生产管理模式,使得公司管理整体能力得到提升,运营效率得到提升,从而提升企业市场竞争力。 本文的结构主要分为五部分,第一部分主要介绍选题的意义、精益生产的国内外研究和发展、精益生产的发展趋势和论文的主要内容和结构;第二部分是精益生产应用的理论体系研究、精益生产的历史、概念、原则、目的、核心要素和实施工具;第三部分是对M药厂精益生产管理模式的推广应用进行介绍;第四部分对M药厂实施精益生产后的效果进行评价;第五部分是总结M药厂在精益生产推广中的核心要素,希望得出一些有益的结论和建议,能为其他推行精益生产管理模式的企业提供借鉴。 | |
英文摘要: | Due to comparatively low labor costs, preferential policies and powerful manufacturing capabilities, Chinese manufacturing industry was once the backbone of the world’s most advanced manufacturing industries. However, recently, Chinese manufacturing industry was frequently subjected to multiple external pressures: the increasing costs of raw material and labor; the rocketing appreciation of RMB to other foreign currencies; and even the adjustments in export policies. All of the above stated changes lead to tremendous survival pressure of our manufacturing industry. While meanwhile, the industrial environment has gone through drastic changes that marketing demand is becoming more and more versatile, while the competition is becoming more and more intense than ever before with diversified and personalized customer needs. Under current situation, the enterprises’ competitive advantages depend not only on product quality, price, service and any other traditional factor, but also largely on the enterprises' capabilities of swift response to the market; in other words, whether we are capable of building a marketing operation flexible enough to meeting changing customer needs . For these enterprises, the first priority to convert these challenges into opportunities by introducing more advanced management methods and more scientific and effective manufacturing methods to enhance their management skills. The key is to introduce the world's best manufacturing management model, for standing on the shoulders of giants, we can definitely see further. Lean production is widely used as an effective management method in global manufacturing industry. The key point is based on the views of the overall optimization by rational allocation and fully-utilized of production factors of enterprise. By eliminating no value-added labor and resources, pursuing ‘PERFECT’ and adapting to market diversification, Lean production could achieve more economic benefits obviously. Recently, as member of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, pharmaceutical company M has been facing a more and more severe external competitive environment, that the homogeneous competition of generic-drugs market becomes more intensified; the retail price continues to decline due to the national macro economic control, last but not the least, the increment of raw material and labor costs also contributes. Thus, how to survive and seek for development under the current situation turns out to be vital. It is necessary to enhance enterprise competitive power in the market by introducing advanced lean production management model, which will significantly polish the enterprise management skills and enhance operational efficiency. The thesis is divided into five parts. Chapter One focuses on significance of the topic, definition and development of lean production from demotic and international perspective, and also the development trend of lean production and the key content and structure of the thesis; Chapter Two briefs the study on theoretical system of lean production, history, concepts, principles, objectives, core elements and implementation tools of lean production; Chapter Three gives an example of lean production which is used in pharmaceutical company M; Chapter Four gives the evaluation of the effectiveness of lean production; Chapter Five is a summary of core elements of lean production used in pharmaceutical company M, hoping to conclude some useful points and suggestions for a reference of the implementation of lean production. | |
